NFL Week 2 Picks & Predictions: Best Parlays (2024)

Week 1 of the 2024 NFL season is in the books and there were some upsets! In our Week 1 parlay, we pushed on the Bills -6, but we did win the Bears ML and Buccaneers ML.

Now entering Week 2, we have a better idea of how good or how bad some teams are, although there still are plenty of question marks. There are some spots to take advantage of in Week 2, so let’s get into the parlay.

NFL Week 2 Early Parlay

(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

Leg 1: Chargers ML (-250)

The Los Angeles Chargers opened up their 2024 season with a 22-10 home win over the Las Vegas Raiders. It was a great game, and the Chargers defense proved they were legit.

The Chargers are on the road in Week 2 as LA takes on the Carolina Panthers. In Week 1, Carolina struggled mightily and quarterback Bryce Young didn’t appear to be the guy, making too many bad throws and reads. The Panthers’ defense also struggled and will struggle again facing Justin Herbert and the Chargers’ offense.

LA should be able to force Young into bad throws and turnovers while they cruise to a win in Week 2.

Leg 2: Commanders -2.5 (-112)

Washington was blown out by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 1, but the Commanders did show some promise. Washington will host the New York Giants in Week 2 in a game that I like the Commanders to not only win, but also cover the 2.5-points.

Keeping Washington under a field goal is doable, since Daniel Jones and the Giants’ offense is terrible and should turn over the ball a couple times in this game.

Turnovers will be the difference in this game, and Jayden Daniels should also be more comfortable in his second start. I’ll continue to fade Jones and the Giants, so give me Washington under a field goal at home in Week 2.

Leg 3: Chiefs ML (-250)

The Kansas City Chiefs have a mini-bye week after playing on Thursday and the extra rest and preparation should help them host when they host the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 2.

Cincinnati’s offense was terrible in Week 1. Tee Higgins didn’t play with an injury and Ja’Marr Chase was limited; however, even if those two receivers are healthy, the Bengals’ defense is also an issue. On the other side of the ball, Kansas City’s offense seems even better this season than last.

The Chiefs have more weapons than ever and Cincinnati will have a hard time defending the Chiefs’ offense, which should help them get another win here.
