NFL Week 3 Parlay: Early Odds, Picks & Predictions (2022)

As we head into Week 3, the parity of the NFL looks more evident than ever. There looks to be a couple of top-tier teams, some that we can already see will not make much noise, but mostly everyone looks to be on par with each other.

Some really exciting ending last week has created some interesting lines, and there are a few that would be smart to grab now.

Leg #1. Chiefs -7 | -115 at DraftKings Sportsbook

The odds for this game opened with the Colts being a 2.5 home dog, but after that 24-0 beat down by the Jaguars, the line made a huge jump to 6.5.

The Colts have not been good on either side of the ball, with Matt Ryan, Jonathan Taylor, and the offense looking sluggish throughout the first two weeks, while the 2021 ninth-best scoring defense has given up 20 or more points in both games.

The Chiefs played a tough Chargers team last week and were able to battle their way to a home win. In this matchup, they clearly look like the better team and are also coming with extended rest. They are coming into game 9-3 ATS following their last 12 straight-up wins.

This is not a good spot for the Colts as they try not to get into a deep hole. If both teams continue to play the way they have been, this game could get ugly.

Leg #2. Lions +6 | -110 at DraftKings Sportsbook

If you watched Hard Knocks this summer, you must love what Dan Campbell has done for this organization. Usually, his highly energetic coaching style translates better at the college level, but he has this team behind him playing hard for him, and it's so far had positive results.

They'll have that first division matchup against Minnesota, who just got destroyed by the Eagles on Monday night. This is the same Philadelphia team the Lions recently covered the spread six-point spread in the 38-35 loss.

Detroit has been a confident pick as they're 8-2 ATS in their last ten games, including both games against the Vikings last year.

Jared Goff has helped Ama St. Brown become a breakout star, and the defense has been tough upfront, including rookie Aiden Hutchinson who had three sacks last week. They have that toughness right now that will keep them in a ton of games this season.

Leg #3. Ravens -3 | -115 at DraftKings Sportsbook

This is a clear example of Vegas exaggerating a recent result.

The Ravens choked away a 21-point lead, and that is unacceptable. That last quarter they had a lot of bad play calls and didn't change their approach even when it wasn't working.

This is still a veteran team with a former MVP and a Super Bowl-winning coach, and they'll make the adjustments. The offense has still put up the third-most points through the first two games, and Lamar Jackson's passing looks better than it ever has.

Looking at the Patriots in the first two weeks, I don't know how you can't believe this could be one of the worse teams in the Belichick era.

At this point, polling fans and having them call plays would be a better option than what they have going on now. Belichick not naming an offensive coordinator has not worked so far. Mac Jones has regressed in the passing game, and there has not been any pulse of a run game and had just 78 yards last week against Pittsburgh.

The Ravens don't stay down for long as they're 7-3 ATS in their last ten games following a Moneyline loss. This will be a rebound game for Baltimore in Foxboro.
