NFL Week 4 Teasers: Picks & Predictions (2025)
One popular way bettors try to find value on NFL lines is by playing teasers. An NFL teaser is similar to a parlay; you add multiple legs that must all win for the bet to pay out. The key difference from parlays is that a teaser allows you to buy points - like 6.0, 6.5, or 7.0 - in a direction that lowers risk.
Teaser Tips to Follow:
- Never cross over 0
- Tease through two key numbers, ideally 3 & 7
- Tease games with lower totals, ideally anything 49 or fewer
Below are three NFL Week 4 teasers, along with my best teaser bet.

NFL Week 4 Teaser Picks
(Odds via Caesars Sportsbook)
Green Bay Packers (-6.5 to -0.5) vs. Dallas Cowboys
Both teams enter Week 4 coming off embarrassing losses, but the Packers' defeat feels far more forgivable. Green Bay was on the road for the first time all season, facing a desperate 0-2 Browns squad that also ranked first in defensive expected points added (EPA).
Now they get a far softer matchup against a Cowboys defense that looks like a piece of Swiss Cheese. Jordan Love should bounce back against a defense allowing a 71% completion rate over the last two weeks, making this a great spot to simply ask Green Bay to win the game.
Houston Texans (-7.5 to -1.5) vs. Tennessee Titans
Yes, we're teasing the Texans again. They're infuriating, but they're also competitive - all three of their losses have come by seven points or fewer.
This is their season-on-the-line moment. The last time a team started 0-3 and still made the playoffs was in 2018. The team? The Houston Texans. There is still hope, especially in a weaker division, but they need a win this week.
The Texans are at home facing a rookie quarterback desperate for a win. I am not entirely confident they can cover the 7.5-point spread, but teasing them down to 1.5 gives us a little more breathing room.
Denver Broncos from (-7.5 to -1.5) vs. Cincinnati Bengals
Without Joe Burrow, the Bengals’ offense is a mess. Jake Browning is average, at best, and when he faces a top-notch defense, he folds like a lawn chair. Last week, against an aggressive Vikings defense, he only threw for 140 yards. Browning also added two interceptions.
Now he faces last year's top-ranked defense. While the Broncos' defense hasn’t been as great to start the year, it is still a top defense in both dropback EPA and rush EPA. I love this buy-low spot for Bo Nix and the Broncos. After two straight losses on the road, the Broncos come back home to face a much inferior opponent than they had faced the previous two weeks.
Best Bet: Week 4 6-Point Teaser
Packers -0.5/Texans -1.5 (-125 at Caesars Sportsbook)
