NFL Week 5 Odds, Picks & Predictions: Seahawks vs. Saints

Geno Smith is playing well for Seattle this season. He is taking care of the ball and has had a completion percentage higher than 70 in every game. This week, the Saints may be able to give him some trouble. They have only allowed 814 passing yards this season and only three passing TDs.

Whoever the quarterback is for New Orleans will likely have the better day. The Seahawks allowed a league-worst 13 yards per completion, which could spell disaster for them, especially if Jameis Winston plays. Jameis is a premier deep ball passer, so if he plays, the line will likely move in their favor. If he does not play, Andy Dalton can find his playmakers and is now getting more reps since Winston is not practicing. Neither offense should be potent, but the Saints need this one a little more.

Lean Saints -5.5, u46
