NFL Week 5 Odds, Picks & Predictions: Titans vs. Commanders
The Titans will seek their third victory in Washington against a one-win Commanders team. Both teams have allowed ten passing TDs this season, which is a tie for most. The Commanders’ defense only has one turnover this season compared to six for Tennessee. Wentz has thrown five interceptions this season and has lost one fumble. He will probably have to be the difference for the offense on Sunday.
The Titans stifled Jonathan Taylor and the Colts last Sunday, holding them to a measly 38 yards on the ground. If they show up against the run this week, it could be a long day for Wentz. He has already experienced 17 sacks this season, and the Titans have ten as a team. They should put pressure on Wentz early and often in this game. The Titans should be able to travel to Washington and win a low-scoring affair.
