NFL Week 6 Picks & Predictions: Panthers vs. Rams
This is a really awkward game to bet. The Panthers are likely the worst team in the NFL, but there is certainly a chance that the team might be more competitive having moved on from HC Matt Rhule, and with starting QB Baker Mayfield likely sidelined with an ankle injury.
Conversely, the Rams have plenty of issues of their own. Their offensive line is in shambles, and it is likely that QB Matthew Stafford will be working with his fourth starting Center six weeks into this season. At face-value, this is the definition of a ‘get-right’ game for the Rams. But 10.5 points is too many, and likely a reaction to Carolina’s decision to move on from HC Matt Rhule.
