NFL Week 6 Teasers: Picks & Predictions (2026)

One popular way bettors try to find value on NFL lines is by playing teasers. An NFL teaser is similar to a parlay; you add multiple legs that must all win for the bet to pay out. The key difference from parlays is that a teaser lets you buy points - like 6.0, 6.5 or 7.0 - in a direction that reduces risk. You’ll find our top NFL Week 6 teasers below.

Teaser Tips to Follow:

  • Never cross over 0
  • Tease through two key numbers, ideally 3 & 7
  • Tease games with lower totals, ideally anything 49 or fewer

    NFL Week 6 Teasers

Pittsburgh Steelers (-2.5 to +3.5) vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

On the surface, it was a bit surprising to see Jalon Daniels walk into Dallas and pull off a primetime upset. But when you peel back a few layers of the onion, that upset starts to look a little less shocking.

The reality is that the Cowboys’ defense has been one of the worst units in the NFL this season, ranking dead last in both defensive expected points added (EPA) per play and defensive success rate. Even an undrafted rookie quarterback like Daniels was bound to find some opportunities for success against that defense.

Now, let’s not confuse the current Pittsburgh Steelers’ defense with the legendary Steel Curtain of the 1970s and 980s. However, this is still a significantly tougher defensive matchup than what Daniels and the Buccaneers faced in Dallas last week.

With defenders like T.J. Watt, Cameron Heyward and Alex Highsmith bringing pressure, I’d expect the former Kansas Jayhawk to face a much more uncomfortable afternoon in the pocket.

Los Angeles Rams (-12.5 to -6.5) vs. Arizona Cardinals

I absolutely love this bounce-back spot for the Los Angeles Rams after their embarrassing Monday night meltdown against the Buffalo Bills.

For the first time this season, the Rams will face a team with a losing record, and I can’t think of a better opportunity for Sean McVay’s squad to take out some of that built-up anger and frustration.

Meanwhile, things aren’t exactly trending in the right direction for Arizona.

The Cardinals just traded away former top-10 pick Marvin Harrison Jr., and their first-round selection from this past draft, Jeremiyah Love, will also be sidelined this week.

I genuinely believe the Rams are capable of covering the full 12.5-point spread. But why make things harder than they need to be?

With a 6-point teaser, we’re bringing that number down to Rams -6.5, meaning we just need Los Angeles to win by a touchdown.

Kansas City Chiefs (-7.5 to -1.5) vs. Los Angeles Chargers

By now, we all know the narrative surrounding Andy Reid and just how dangerous his teams can be coming off a bye week.

But this isn’t just some overblown storyline. Since becoming an NFL head coach, Reid has compiled an impressive 22-5 record following a regular-season bye week, including a 6-2 record with Mahomes as his quarterback. That’s a pretty remarkable track record and one that gives Kansas City another advantage heading into this matchup against a disappointing Los Angeles Chargers squad.

And if giving Reid and Patrick Mahomes an extra week to prepare wasn’t enough, the Chargers are also dealing with significant injuries. Derwin James and Joe Alt will miss this matchup, leaving two massive holes on both sides of the ball.

I think Kansas City is more than capable of covering the original spread outright. But with a 6-point teaser bringing that number down to Chiefs -1.5, we’re essentially just asking Mahomes and company to take care of business and win by a field goal.

Atlanta Falcons (+7.5 to +1.5) vs. Chicago Bears

Yes, the Chicago Bears are finally getting their starting quarterback back in Caleb Williams, and that’s certainly a boost for their offense.

But let’s not overlook the fact that Michael Penix Jr. has also been cleared to play, and I think that gives Atlanta a much better chance in this matchup than the original spread suggests.

Since Penix returned three weeks ago, the Falcons have ranked first in the NFL in both offensive EPA per play and offensive success rate, averaging just over 34 points per game.

That’s some pretty impressive offensive production, and it shows just how dangerous this Atlanta offense can be when Penix is under center.

Now, coming off a brutal defeat to the Baltimore Ravens last week, I’d expect the Falcons to come out with a little extra motivation. Not only are they looking to bounce back from a disappointing loss, but a win this week could potentially put them in first place in the NFC South.

That’s a lot to play for in Week 6.

And while Williams’ return certainly makes Chicago a more dangerous opponent, I’m not convinced the Bears deserve to be down by more than a touchdown against an Atlanta offense that’s been firing on all cylinders.

I think the Falcons have a legitimate shot to win this game outright. But getting them through the key numbers of 3 and 7 with a 6-point teaser, moving from +1.5 to +7.5, gives us some valuable protection in what could easily turn into a one-score game.
