NFL Week 7 Odds, Picks & Predictions: Seahawks vs. Chargers

This could sneakily be one of the most entertaining games of the week. The Seahawks will bring their high powered offense into this matchup with a Charger defense that has not performed up to the names on the unit.

Despite wins, the Chargers allowed the Browns and Texans to move the ball with minimal resistance. More balanced offenses like the Chiefs and Jaguars had their way with Los Angeles as well. Geno Smith is having a phenomenal season and has an offense full of talented weapons at his disposal, and I expect the Seahawks to have similar success.

This handicap really comes down to the fact that the books just aren’t giving the Seahawks their proper credit yet. The Chargers are probably a better team and are at home, but they aren’t six points better and they have one of the worst home field advantages in the league. I like Seattle in what could be a high scoring affair.
