NFL Week 7 Teaser Odds, Picks & Predictions (2023)

One popular way bettors try to find value on NFL lines is by playing teasers. An NFL teaser is similar to a parlay; you add multiple legs that must all win for the bet to pay out. The key difference from parlays is that a teaser allows you to buy points like 6, 6.5 or 7 in a direction that lowers risk.

Week 7 Teaser Options

Atlanta Falcons from +2.5 to +8.5 vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

This is a perfect spot for a teaser. We have a game with a low total (37) and can tease Atlanta through the key numbers of 3 and 7.

Atlanta's offense has struggled, only averaging 16.5 points per game and 331 yards per game. But the Buccaneers offense is not much better, maybe even worse. Tampa Bay averages 18 points per game while only 291.4 yards per game.

Atlanta has a slight edge defensively as they are fifth in Success Rate, while the Bucs sit at 15th. These two teams are evenly matched, which should keep this within a one-score game.

Seattle Seahawks from -7.5 to -1.5 vs. Arizona Cardinals

The Seahawks are the better team and should be able to cover the 7.5 alone. Teasing them to -1.5 is a bonus.

Seattle is coming off a bad loss last week to the Bengals in which they could have won outright. The second half was disastrous for Seattle. They turned the ball over on four of their six possessions in the second half, including three turnovers inside the red zone.

This should be a nice bounce-back spot for the Seahawks as they come back home and look to take advantage of a struggling Cardinals team.

San Francisco 49ers from -7 to -1 vs. Minnesota Vikings

We may see the 49ers win this game by double-digits. Seattle is coming off a terrible loss to the Cleveland Browns and now has the chance to play a struggling Vikings team without its star wide receiver.

In 2022, Kyle Shanahan and the 49ers were 3-1 after a loss, with all three wins coming by double-digits.

Playing a Vikings offense without Justin Jefferson gives the 9ers a considerable advantage, even with a few injury question marks themselves. Last week, the Vikings were able to put up a total of 220 yards offensive against a weak Chicago Bears team.
