NFL Week 7 Teasers: Picks & Predictions (2024)
One popular way bettors try to find value on NFL lines is by playing teasers. An NFL teaser is similar to a parlay; you add multiple legs that must all win for the bet to pay out. The key difference from parlays is that a teaser allows you to buy points like 6, 6.5, or 7 in a direction that lowers risk.
Teaser Tips to Follow
- Never Cross over 0
- Tease through two key numbers, ideally 3 & 7.
- Tease games with lower totals, ideally anything 49 or less.
Below are four teaser options for Week 7 and my Best Bet.

Week 7 Teaser Options
(Odds via DraftKings Sportsbook)
Washington Commanders from (-8 to -2) vs. Carolina Panthers
Despite coming off a loss, the Commanders hung in there with one of the best teams in the NFL. It’s safe to say Jayden Daniels is the real deal and will get a lot easier matchup against a Panther defense that ranks 30th in EPA/Play, 27th in Success Rate, and 32nd in points allowed per game.
After allowing an average of 29.3 points per game in the first three weeks of the season, Dan Quinn has turned this defense around. Over their last three games, Washington has given up more than 14 points just once, which was to the Ravens.
Washington should have no problem winning this game by a field goal!
Los Angeles Rams from (-7 to -1) vs. Las Vegas Raiders
The Rams are another team making strides on the defensive side of the ball, and after a well-timed bye week, the Rams should have the advantage against the Raiders.
After allowing an average of 30 points per game through the first three weeks of the season, they improved and held Green Bay and Chicago to 24 points. Now they get a Raiders team with internal turmoil and an offense that ranks 29th in EPA/play and 25th in Success Rate.
I expect a rejuvenated Rams team to come out firing on all cylinders.
Kansas City Chiefs from (+1.5 to +8.5) vs. San Francisco 49ers
The 49ers have circled this game since the schedule was released in May. They seek revenge after another Super Bowl loss to Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs.
I’d expect a heavily motivated 49ers team to come out Sunday Afternoon.
With that said, it’s extremely hard to fade or bet against Mahomes, especially getting points. Oh, and the Chiefs are coming off their bye week, where Andy Reid is 21-4 in this spot.
I’d likely take the Chiefs on the ML, but getting 8.5 points is too hard to pass up!
