NFL Week 7 Weather Report & Predictions (2024)
We’re heading into Week 7 of the National Football League regular season. Remember, for the third consecutive week, we have a game in London on Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. ET featuring the New England Patriots and the Jacksonville Jaguars, so remember to set those fantasy lineups accordingly.
As far as the weather is concerned, man, for a writer, it couldn’t be any easier for me. There are a couple of places with some wind issues, but we have five games inside and seven games featuring sunny or clear skies, with a 0% chance of precipitation. There is really just one trouble spot, as far as precipitation.

NFL Week 7 Weather Report: Advice & Predictions
All forecasts courtesy of AccuWeather.com | Odds via FanDuel Sportsbook
New England Patriots Jacksonville Jaguars (-5.5) – London, UK | Total 41.5
Forecast: 59 degrees Fahrenheit (15 Celsius), 70% chance of precipitation
Wind speed: 17-19 MPH (27-31 KPH)
The Patriots and Jaguars might be playing in a maelstrom, as temperatures will be fine at Wembley on Sunday, but there is a more than good chance of showers during the game, while winds will be whipping up anywhere from 17-19 MPH, or 27-31 KPH, if you like. The potential of a slippery ball, coupled with the gusty winds, could mean that we get more of a ground-based attack. The kicking games could also be affected on both sides.
Seattle Seahawks at Atlanta Falcons (-3) | Total 50.5
Forecast: Indoors
Wind speed: This game is played in a dome
This game has the potential to be a wild one under the roof in Hotlanta. Both teams can be explosive on offense, and the defense could struggle to keep up, especially in a controlled environment.
Tennessee Titans at Buffalo Bills (-8.5) | Total 40.5
Forecast: 66 degrees, 0% chance of precipitation
Wind speed: 11-13 MPH
It will be a Chamber of Commerce Day in Western New York, if you like to advertise sunshine, blue skies, fans tumbling through plastic tables, dunking for beers, etc. As far as the football, the only thing affecting the play will be some gusty winds at times, but it shouldn’t be too terrible.
Cincinnati Bengals (-5.5) at Cleveland Browns | Total 41.5
Forecast: 68 degrees, 0% chance of precipitation
Wind speed: 8-10 MPH
The first installment of the Battle of Ohio finds both of these teams with a dark cloud over them, even if the skies are forecasted to be sunny with little wind. Both teams are not having their best seasons.
Houston Texans at Green Bay Packers (-2.5) | Total 47.5
Forecast: 73 degrees, 0% chance of precipitation
Wind speed: 12-14 MPH
The Texans and Packers square off at Lambeau Field, and it will be pretty nice by Green Bay standards. There will be abundant sunshine, but the winds will be kicking up to 12-14 MPH.
Miami Dolphins at Indianapolis Colts (-3) | Total 43.5
Forecast: Indoors
Wind speed: This game is played in a dome
The Dolphins look to get the offense going after their bye week. In the year 2024, whoever thought we might see a QB matchup of former Baltimore Ravens signal callers Tyler Huntley vs. Joe Flacco in Indianapolis? Yet, here we are if QB Anthony Richardson has a setback.
Detroit Lions at Minnesota Vikings (-1.5) | Total 50.5
Forecast: Indoors
Wind speed: This game is played in a dome
The Lions and Vikings should put on an aerial show under the roof at U.S. Bank Stadium in the first of two meetings between these NFC North Division combatants.
Philadelphia Eagles (-3) at New York Giants | Total 42.5
Forecast: 70 degrees, 0% chance of precipitation
Wind speed: 4-6 MPH
It will be a beautiful day in the New York City Metropolitan area, with no chance of rain and very little wind, too. It’s a beautiful day for football, and the elements won’t affect these offenses.
Las Vegas Raiders at Los Angeles Rams (-6.5) | Total 43.5
Forecast: Indoors
Wind speed: This game is played in a dome
The Raiders and Rams used to play together in Los Angeles back in the day. They’ll each meet at SoFi Stadium, where the Raiders are more than used to being since they face the Chargers in this building each season.
Carolina Panthers at Washington Commanders (-8.5) | Total 51.5
Forecast: 70 degrees, 0% chance of precipitation
Wind speed: 2-4 MPH
In the nation’s capital, there is a 0% chance of precipitation and very little chance the Panthers’ defense will be able to slow down QB Jayden Daniels and the Washington attack.
Kansas City Chiefs at San Francisco 49ers (-1.5) | Total 47.5
Forecast: 79 degrees, 0% chance of precipitation
Wind speed: 4-7 MPH
This Super Bowl matchup will get a lot of eyeballs in Week 7, perhaps the most of the weekend. What we won’t have is precipitation or even wind. It should be a picture-perfect afternoon.
New York Jets (-1.5) at Pittsburgh Steelers | Total 38.5
Forecast: 64 degrees, 0% chance of precipitation
Wind speed: 4-6 MPH
On Sunday Night Football, the weather will be clear and cool, unlike two weeks ago for the Dallas-Pittsburgh game when a cold front and line of thunderstorms blew through the Steel City. No kickoff delays in this one!
Baltimore Ravens (-3.5) at Tampa Bay Buccaneers | Total 49.5
Forecast: 78 degrees, 5% chance of precipitation
Wind speed: 9-11 MPH
The Buccaneers are playing at home for the first time since Hurricane Milton devastated the west coast of Florida less than two weeks ago, on the heels of Hurricane Helene lashing the area. It’s nice to see the town able to get back on its feet, and the weather will be fine for this battle.
Los Angeles Chargers (-1.5) at Arizona Cardinals | Total 44.5
Forecast: Indoors
Wind speed: This game is played in a dome
The defensive-minded Chargers and the homestanding Cardinals will meet in the second of the Monday night double dip under the roof at State Farm Stadium. No weather to worry about here.
