NFL Week 8 Teasers: Picks & Predictions (2026)
One popular way bettors try to find value on NFL lines is by playing teasers. An NFL teaser is similar to a parlay; you add multiple legs that must all win for the bet to pay out. The key difference from parlays is that a teaser lets you buy points - like 6.0, 6.5 or 7.0 - in a direction that reduces risk. You’ll find our top NFL Week 8 teasers below.
Teaser Tips to Follow:
- Never cross over 0
- Tease through two key numbers, ideally 3 & 7
- Tease games with lower totals, ideally anything 49 or fewer

NFL Week 8 Teasers

Below are a few teams that set up well as Week 8 teaser options, along with my best bet.
Las Vegas Raiders (+1.5 to +7.5) vs. New York Jets
There is a lot of discussion about who should start at quarterback for Las Vegas after four straight losses, and that’s fair to some extent. Just a few weeks ago, the Raiders were sitting 4-1.
But if you look closer, the Raiders started the 2026 season 3-0, beating bottom feeders like the Dolphins, Chargers and Saints.
They’ve lost four straight to playoff-bound teams like the Chiefs, Patriots, Bills and Rams.
The New York Jets are more like those first three teams, and the Raiders should have much more success against them. Not sure they will win outright, but they should keep it within a one-score game
Atlanta Falcons (+1.5 to +7.5) vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Buccaneers are coming off a blowout win over the Carolina Panthers, but don’t let the final score fool you. That game was much closer than the scoreboard suggests.
Tampa Bay won the turnover battle 4-0 and benefited from a defensive touchdown, which significantly inflated the final margin. While the Buccaneers were clearly the better team in Baker Mayfield’s return, this was more like a 10-point victory than a 30-point beatdown.
We’re looking to buy low on Michael Penix Jr. and the Falcons after back-to-back losses.
This is a classic buy-low, sell-high spot. Tampa Bay is coming off a dominant-looking win, while Atlanta’s stock has taken a hit after two straight losses.
I think Atlanta wins outright, but this teaser leg gives us the benefit of a touchdown cushion.
Cincinnati Bengals (-12.5 to -6.5) vs. Tennessee Titans
This teaser leg feels like a no-brainer.
Tennessee is a bad football team, sitting at 1-6, with things getting even worse heading into Week 8. The Titans traded away their best defensive player, Jeffery Simmons, to the Chicago Bears, leaving an already struggling defense without its biggest playmaker.
Now they have to face one of the league’s most explosive offenses, led by Joe Burrow, Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins.
While laying nearly two touchdowns in the NFL is always risky, teasing Cincinnati to -6.5 makes this a much more attractive play.
I’ll gladly take Joe Burrow and the Bengals to win by a touchdown against one of the worst teams in football.
Los Angeles Rams (-6.5 to -0.5) vs. Los Angeles Chargers
After getting burned by the Rams two weeks in a row, they finally came through for us last week and absolutely annihilated the Raiders.
Well, here I am, backing the Rams once again.
This week, the Rams face their roommates, the Los Angeles Chargers, and things aren’t looking great for Jim Harbaugh’s team.
This feels like one of those games where the Rams are clearly the better team and should win comfortably. But we’ve all watched enough NFL football to know how these games can go. The Chargers can hang around, keep things interesting and somehow sneak through the back door for a cover.
That’s exactly why I love this teaser.
Rather than asking the Rams to win by multiple scores, we’re teasing them down to essentially a pick’em. No need to worry about a late Chargers touchdown ruining our day.
All we’re asking for is a Rams win.
Best Bet: 6-Point Teaser
Rams -0.5/Falcons +7 (-125 at Caesars Sportsbook)
