NFL Week 9 Early Odds & Predictions: Titans vs. Chiefs

One of the stats you’ll see often this week is that Andy Reid is 16-8 ATS with 13 or more days of rest. The numbers suggest this might just be a game you close your eyes and auto-bet the Chiefs, but I think that would be a mistake. The Chiefs are excellent and I expect them to win here, but this spread is too much at +12.5.

The Titans have been on a bit of a role after starting the season slow. They’ve put up the 10th ranked DVOA defense and steadily climbing offensively as Derrick Henry is seemingly getting closer to 100% after a serious foot injury last season.

Ryan Tannehill hasn’t been ruled out yet and if he plays this line will likely move in Tennessee’s favor, but even if Malik Willis makes his second start, I like him to bounce back after a poor debut performance.

Titans +12.5, u46.5
