We have just one game on the schedule for tonight, but it’s an important one. The Jets do not want to be another Presidents’ Trophy curse victim and will try to close this series out. St. Louis has been tough, and they can pull off the upset with how well this series is playing.  We’ll break it and give you our best bets.

Jets vs. Blues NHL Playoffs Best Bets

(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

Winnipeg Jets (-105) at St. Louis Blues (115) | O/U 5.5 (-125/+105)

This is why the NHL has one of the more exciting playoffs. This is the No. 1 vs. No. 8 seed, but it has felt like anything but as the Blues have a chance to get a win at home to set up a Game 7.

We believed that with the talent each team had in the net, this could be a low-scoring series, but it has gone over five goals four times in five games.

Connor Hellebuyck is a Vezina Trophy finalist and has likely won his third overall and second in a row, but he's also a Hart Trophy finalist. The Blues have gotten to him in this series with an .822 save percentage and 3.60 goals per game.

What makes St. Louis so good is that it isn't just the top line contributing; each line has been providing offense, as they have five players with multiple goals and four averaging a point or better in this series. This all comes with the team’s regular-season points leader, Jordan Kyrou, having just two points in this series.

Jordan Binnington has been the better goalie in the series with a .892 save percentage and 2.60 goals allowed per game. Unlike the Blues, the Jets haven't been able to rely on their entire lineup. This is a team that had six players score 50 or more points. During this series, they have leaned on their two regular-season point leaders, Kyle Connor and Mark Scheifele, but they received devastating news that Scheifele will not play in this game, and now they only have one other player besides Connor that have scored at least two goals in this series.

That huge blow for the Jets and Blues’ deep lineup should have them get the win at home and force Game 7.

Pick: Blues Moneyline (-115)
