Wednesday’s Best NHL Same Game Parlay Bets

All odds via BetRivers Sportsbook

Winnipeg Jets vs. New York Islanders

    • Leg 1: Jets ML (+105)
    • Leg 2: UNDER 6.5 Total Goals (-160)
    • Leg 3: UNDER 1.5 Total First Goals (-105)

The Islanders cannot get both sides of the puck working simultaneously.

In January, the offense was terrible, and they couldn’t support great performances from Ilya Sorokin and Semyon Varlamov. The trade for Bo Harvat seemed to invigorate the offense because they’ve played better recently.

Now it’s the defense that has struggled. They’re 2-2-2 in their six games, and while they’re scoring a modest 3.33 goals, they’re allowing 4.16 in that span.

The Jets have to love their situation. The offense has steadily improved throughout the season, and the great defense has always backed them up, with Connor Hellebuyck in the crease.

This team will compete for that top spot in the Western Conference, and they possess the most wins in the conference.

We will get Hellebuyck vs. Sorokin, and those two will be the critical factors in this game.

Parlay Odds: +550

Chicago Blackhawks vs. Dallas Stars

    • Leg 1: Stars -1.5 (-160)
    • Leg 2: OVER 3.5 Total Stars Goals (-165)
    • Leg 3: UNDER 1.5 Total Blackhawks Goals (+140)

The Blackhawks have a lot of work to do to rebuild this team, as they sit near the bottom on both sides of the puck.

Nobody on offense averages a point per game, and they haven’t been able to find consistent goaltending all season. On a positive note, they’ve won three straight against notable opponents Vegas and Toronto.

The twist is that the Stars are coming in with a four-game losing streak. The offense has not been their strong point all season, but they’ve really struggled lately. Roope Hintz (3), Jason Roberton (4), and Jamie Benn (3) are the only players with multiple points over the last five games.

As long as Jake Oettinger is between the pipes, you have to like Dallas. They haven’t played since Saturday while Chicago is on the second leg of a back-to-back, and that rest advantage will be huge.

Parlay Odds: +526

Calgary Flames vs. Arizona Coyotes

    • Leg 1: Coyotes ML (+160)
    • Leg 2: OVER 6.5 Total Goals (+105)
    • Leg 3: OVER 2.5 Total Coyotes Goals (-115)

The Flames made moves in the offseason to improve the team, but it hasn’t gone how they hoped. Jonathan Huberdeau is coming off a 100-point season in Florida but only has 38 in 54 games.

Some of their stars from last year are also struggling — Elias Lindholm only has 16 goals after grabbing 42 last year. Jacob Markstrom hasn’t been good at all, going from a 10.6 Goals Saved Above Expected in 2021-22 to currently -0.6.

While the Coyotes won’t compete for anything this year, there are some excellent pieces. Clayton Keller has been phenomenal all season, but Nick Schmaltz and Lawson Crouse also show they could be contributors. All three have at least three goals in their last five games.

Calgary is going down in Flames, and this roster isn’t working. Arizona has a couple of notable wins recently against Tampa Bay and Nashville, also grabbing a point against LA and St, Louis. I like their momentum to grab a win.
