PGA Betting Picks: Best Prop Bets for The Bermuda Championship (2021)
The PGA Tour heads back east, following their stop in Japan with one more international stop before heading all the way home. Port Royal Golf Club will be the stop as the Tour visits the island of Bermuda for the third straight year for The Bermuda Championship.
Let’s look at what is one more of the shallow fields of the fall to see where we can discover some value.

Top-20 Finish
Beau Hossler (+300 on DraftKings Sportsbook)
After a tough 2021 summer, Hossler started this season off strong with an opening T16 at the Fortinet Championship, which was his only start so far this fall. Hossler has only two starts, but T24 and T26 finishes. He’s in a field with little experience here at Port Royal.
In addition to his strong start this season and track record here at Port Royal, Hossler comes into this with the metrics needed to take this one outright. Though the sample size is small with just one start in 2022, Hossler is #1 on Tour in SG: Putting (2.345), #3 in Total Putting (70.6), and #10 in Total Driving Efficiency; all metrics that are critical to going low here.
Austin Cook (+400 on DraftKings Sportsbook)
Looking much further down the board, we find a guy in Cook who checks many boxes to be successful here at Port Royal. Accurate off the tee and one of the best putters in the field, Cook ranks near the top in Putts per round 1 with just 27. A strong start would suit him well here, as a flurry of missed cuts to end 2021 has his stock relatively low given the talent level.
He was, however, able to take a T15 in August at the Barracuda Championship and parlay it into two made cuts to start 2022, including a T11 at the Fortinet Championship in September. Already a winner on Tour, the RSM Classic in 2017, Cook has the goods to get it done here, and I expect him to take advantage of a weaker field to finish low comes Sunday.
