NFL Week 17 Odds, Picks & Predictions: Saints vs. Eagles
The Eagles impressed last week, as backup QB Gardner Minshew was able to ingratiate himself rather quickly to the Philadelphia faithful. Philly still needs to win a game to secure the NFC’s top seed, and we like them to take care of business at home– this season, the Eagles are 6-1 SU and ATS at home.
Conversely, the Saints too need to win this game to keep their NFC South hopes alive. New Orleans has won two straight, though neither victory was particularly impressive. Personnel-wise, Philly has the advantage across the board, and it is difficult to find an endorsement for the Saints here.
One final note– Saints’ QB Andy Dalton has been a strong fade on the road in recent years. In his last fifteen road starts, Dalton is 4-10-1 ATS.
