(Odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook)
Kelsey Plum 3+ Three-Pointers (-108)
We open our selections with a three-point total that comes across a bit too low considering recent performances. Kelsey Plum has made 16 shots from beyond the arc over the last five games, connecting on over 53% of her attempts.
The Los Angeles guard has made three or more three-pointers in the previous six straight contests. Plum has been scorching hot as of late from deep, despite only making 6.5 field goals per game over that span. The veteran is on a hot streak and should be able to keep it going this evening against the Liberty.
New York is certainly one of the tougher teams in the WNBA. This is especially the case when playing at home, where the Liberty have only been defeated on two occasions. However, New York allows eight three-pointers per game on their home floor this season, and opponents are getting up an extra 1.2 attempts per game from beyond the arc. Plum will look to bounce back from the last meeting against the Liberty, where she shot a horrific 0-for-4 from deep.
Leonie Fiebich Over 14.5 Points + Rebounds (-120)
Leonie Fiebich is averaging 9.4 points on the season, while connecting on 58% of field goals and grabbing 4.1 boards per game. The last five games for Fiebich have been nothing short of impressive, and the 14.5 total is a mite low for someone with such high shooting efficiency. We’re going to pounce on this selection, even though the juice is a little higher than preferred.
The New York forward is averaging 15.2 points per game on an astounding 69.2% shooting in her previous five contests. Fiebich has exceeded a combined 14.5 points and rebounds in five out of six games. When playing at home, the Liberty forward is averaging 12.6 points and 4.1 rebounds over the last 10 games.
The veteran from Germany is also sinking her fair share of baskets from beyond the arc on the Liberty home floor. Fiebich is hitting 2.1 three-pointers on 60% shooting in the last 10 home games.
Leonie Fiebich 2+ Three-Pointers Made (+102)
There's simply no way to pass on this plus action considering how hot Fiebich has been from beyond the perimeter. Shooting 60% from deep over the last 10 games on the Liberty floor is just insane. The second-year standout has been picking up extra minutes even with the return of Jonquel Jones to the lineup. Fiebich has played at least 32 minutes or more in the previous two contests.
The Liberty Forward has recorded at least two three-pointers or more in five of the previous six games. Fiebich has also made two baskets from beyond the arc in six of her last nine home games. Los Angeles is allowing the second-highest amount of three-pointers, with over nine per game on 34.2% shooting. When playing on the road, the percentage increases slightly to 34.8%.
