TGL Golf Picks & Predictions: Best Bet for Tuesday (3/4)
Tuesday’s lone TGL match features one of the league’s founders, super star golfer Tiger Woods, leading the 1-3 Jupiter Links Golf Club against the 3-1 Atlanta Drive Golf Club. Atlanta’s roster in this match includes Billy Horschel, Lucas Glover, and Nick Dunlap. Tom Kim and Max Homa join Woods as the other two members of Jupiter Links.

There’s no doubt it’s been a rough season for Jupiter Links. They did manage to record their first win against the 0-4 Boston Common Golf Club in overtime on January 27th. Tuesday’s roster has removed Kevin Kisner in favor of Kim and Homa, who will be playing together for just the second time this season. This is the first time the combination of Woods-Kim-Homa will be competing in a TGL match.
Atlanta has gone to overtime in two of its four matches, resulting in a 1-1 record. The Drive’s other two wins were dominant, debuting with a 4-0 shutout win over New York, followed by their most recent 6-3 victory against Boston.
It’s important to note that this is Atlanta’s first match playing without Justin Thomas and Patrick Cantlay. Nick Dunlap makes his debut for the Drive, while Lucas Glover will play in his second match of the season. This makes Horschel the seasoned veteran, playing in three of Atlanta’s four previous matches. Glover’s lone appearance came during the Drive’s only loss, 6-5 in regulation on the final hole against undefeated Bay Golf Club.
I like how Kim’s performed in TGL and believe Homa and Woods’ presence will make for some quality golf tee-to-green. Homa’s struggles on the PGA Tour are well-documented this season but I believe he can do enough to position Jupiter Links for a second win on Tuesday night.
Triples starts with a par 4 on ‘Straight Up’ and consists of three par 5s, three par 3s, and three par 4s. Singles has two par 3s, two par 4s, and two par 5s. Let’s back the underdog and bet a unit on Jupiter Links to rally together against an Atlanta Drive club missing two of their top players on Tuesday night.
