Denver-LA Clippers Under 216 (-110)
We’ve settled into the point in the postseason where defenses tighten up, and shot attempts become scarcer as a result. And both teams have exemplary defensive units, which is why this total doesn’t make a lot of sense. The teams combined for just 147 total shot attempts in the Clippers’ Game 4 victory, and are unlikely to go away from what has worked so well for them. Don’t be surprised to see both teams fall short of the 100-point barrier Friday.
Toronto-Boston Under 204.5 (-110)
If not for Toronto’s double-overtime victory in Game 6, this series would be a perfect 6-0 to the Under – and the books are finally making the necessary adjustments, making this total the lowest of the best-of-seven. Toronto and Boston are two of the top defensive units in the NBA, and have already made life miserable for one another on the defensive end. We could be looking at the lowest-scoring game of the series in Game 7 – so keep riding that Under wave.
Jayson Tatum 8+ Rebounds/Boston To Win (+140)
