Top 3 NBA Betting Picks for Sunday, April 10 (2022)
We’ve made it! Today marks the end of the NBA’s regular season, and we’ve got a handful of meaningful games to target on tonight’s card.
Without any further ado, here are my top NBA betting picks for the final regular season slate.

1. Warriors Wire to Wire | +156 at FD Sportsbook
The Golden State Warriors can lock up the No. 3 seed with a win over the New Orleans Pelicans. In contrast, the Pelicans won’t get anything from a win over the Warriors-New Orleans is locked into the No. 9 seed no matter what.
We’ve already seen what this means for the Pelicans. They faced the Memphis Grizzlies last night and didn’t try to win that game, either-Memphis racked up 141 points as New Orleans gave 14 different players some minutes. They rested Brandon Ingram and kept Jonas Valanciunas in the game for only six minutes.
As a result, the Warriors should get out to an early lead and never let go of it. The Pelicans own an average first-quarter margin of -1.0, so they’re losing most of their opening frames. In contrast, Golden State’s first-quarter margin sits at +0.4. Look for Draymond Green and company to assert their dominance and lock in the No. 3 seed.
2. Teaser: GSW ML + BOS ML | +111 at DK Sportsbook
Let’s pair Golden State’s moneyline with Boston’s. As I already mapped out, only Golden State has anything to gain from this contest, and it’s hard to see New Orleans burning through their players even more with the play-in games coming up.
We’ll target the Boston Celtics here because they also have something to gain: the No. 2 seed in the Eastern Conference. They’ll need the Milwaukee Bucks to lose, which they seem ready to do after a quick glance at their injury report, but then their fate is in their own hands.
They’ll face a Memphis Grizzlies team that has long since locked up the No. 2 seed in the Western Conference. Memphis hasn’t been phoning it in to end the year-they did just pummel the Pelicans by a 27-point margin last night-but they haven’t been winning everything, either. Memphis fell to the Denver Nuggets on Thursday and to the Utah Jazz on Tuesday.
3. Pacers +16.5 | -110 at BetMGM
We’ll wrap up the regular season with one last bet against the Brooklyn Nets in the Barclays Center. The Nets have gone an atrocious 9-30-1 ATS at home this year, which ranks last in the association by a 4.5-game margin. Although the Pacers don’t have much to play for, the books are still giving the Nets far too much of an advantage.
The Pacers are going to lose this game, but they will probably cover. Indiana has covered the last four double-digit spreads the books have given them, and those came in matchups against the playoff-bound 76ers (2x), Celtics, and Nuggets.
The Nets are yet to beat Indiana by a double-digit margin this year. The Pacers lost their first matchup against the Nets by seven and their second by eight. While it’s true that Brooklyn will want to get a win and climb to the seventh seed, this width of this spread is so detached from their on-court concern with winning that I’m comfortable targeting Indiana.
