Today’s Best NHL Same Game Parlay Picks

Calgary Flames vs. St. Louis Blues

  • Leg 1: Blues ML (+140)
  • Leg 2: OVER 6.5 Total Goals (+100)
  • Leg 3: Flames UNDER 4.5 Total Goals (-295)

These teams will meet again 48 hours after their last matchup. On Tuesday, the Blues overcame a two-goal deficit to win 4-3 in overtime.

The Flames revamped their team in the offseason, but returning players like Elias Lindholm and Tyler Toffoli have been their best skaters. The 5-on-5 unit has been good and is ninth in expected goals percentage (52.92%).

The Blues are on a nice run by winning four of their last five games, but we’ve seen this before. They’ve had incredible stretches, followed by a long losing streak. They have injuries throughout the lineup, so you wonder how long they can keep winning.

The last game was close, and that should happen again. Both are great at full strength, but the edge on special teams goes to St. Louis, and they had a power-play goal in the last game.

Winnipeg Jets vs. Buffalo Sabres

  • Leg 1: Jets ML (-125)
  • Leg 2: OVER 6.5 Total Goals (-120)
  • Leg 3: Sabers +1.5 (-225)

The Jets have won five of their last six and are just three points from the Stars in the Central Division. Their strength has been on the defensive side, and they are fifth in goals against above expected (-13.11). This is primarily due to goalie Connor Hellebuyck’s fifth in save percentage on unblocked shots (0.958).

The years of mediocrity could be over as the Sabres have a shot at making the playoffs. Enormous credit goes to Tage Thompson and the best-scoring offense in the league because they’ve been poor defensively, whether at full strength or special teams.

Winnipeg is also a top-ten offense this season, so scoring should be abundant on both sides. This should be a close game. That’s why I love the Jets winning by just one goal.

Parlay Odds: +400

Florida Panthers vs. Vegas Golden Knights

  • Leg 1: Golden Knights ML (-135)
  • Leg 2: OVER 6.5 Total Goals (-115)
  • Leg 3: Golden Knights OVER 1.5 first-period goals (+240)

Last season the Panthers rode to the President’s Trophy thanks to the best-scoring offense and good goaltending from Sergei Bobrovsky. Both are underachieving this year with an average offense, and Bobrovsky is just 10-12-1, allowing 3.29 goals per game.

The Golden Knights haven’t been as dominant as they were earlier in the season, but they haven’t collapsed. They haven’t come near their nine-game winning streak from October, but they’ve been able to win back-to-back games a few times without going on any long losing streak.

Vegas has been off since Saturday, so they have the rest advantage. The Golden Knights haven’t been much better than Florida besides their stellar start, and both teams have struggling goaltenders and similar offensive numbers.

Parlay Odds: +450
