Saddiq Bey OVER 2.5 Threes -113

Saddiq Bey continues to get stronger as the season goes on, and I think the help of Cade Cunningham’s passing has something to do with it, but we will get to that in a little bit. This is about the marksmanship of Bey this year, and especially of late. In the last four games, he has shot 42.4% from three on 8.3 attempts per game. He has also hit 14 of those attempts, which is good for 3.5 per game, and he has not gone below three in this stretch. Look for him to be an integral part of the offense in this clash with Orlando!

Cade Cunningham 6+ Assists -158

As Cade’s usage continues to go up, he has developed into a really good passer, and the fact that the team has hung closer in games in the last 16 played is no coincidence. Over this stretch, Cade has averaged 6.2 assists and a usage rate of 28.3%. He had eight assists in each of the last two games against Denver, and he has also had at least six assists in nine of the last 16 games. Look for the Cade to be in complete control of the offense and to set his teammates up for success to lead the team to victory in Orlando.

Aaron Gordon OVER 14.5 Points -102

This is a fantastic matchup for Aaron Gordon’s slasher style of play, as the Pelicans are 25th in the NBA in allowing a conversion rate of 66.4% at the rim. I think Nikola Jokic will be in Triple-Double form as a result of this, and while Jonas Valanciunas is not a bad defender at the rim, he will be looking to Gordon time after time as 62.2% of his buckets were assisted on in the last six games. Over this time, he has averaged 17.2 PPG on 52.1% shooting, and he has hit 38.5% of his threes over this stretch too. Look for Gordon to start off hot and set the guys up around him for a complete performance.

Shai Gilgeous Alexander OVER 36.5 Pts+Reb+Ast -110

While it is clear the Thunder are playing to gain experience for next year, they are leaning on their young stars to learn how to lead a team. SGA has become a star as a result. They have a nice matchup here at home against a banged-up Indiana team, that win-or-loss, should concede a big game to Shai. He has scored at least 29 points in each of the last three games and averaged 27.8 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 7.3 assists, or 40.4 PRA, in the last eight games. His ability to get to the free-throw line has been key, and he’s now against the 28th-ranked team in the NBA in FT Rate on defense. Look for SGA’s silky-smooth athleticism to allow him to go off on the Pacers, who are without their top two defensive guards.

DeMar DeRozan 25+ Points -132

DeMar has the mentality that he is the league’s MVP, and he has cranked up the scoring over the last four games to the tune of 33.8 points per game on 60.5% shooting. He’s averaging an insane 10.8 FT attempts PER GAME over this stretch, converting on 83.7% of these attempts. I have been riding this line for the last four games, and he hasn’t gotten less than 29 in those games. In the second game in a row against a former team, expect DeMar to keep the heat turned up and to approach 30 once again!
