The Dodgers are on the brink of a sweep and they'll have a tough matchup this afternoon as they square off against Carlos Rodon. Los Angeles will opt for Julio Urias as they look to salvage the series with a win. First pitch is set for 4:05 p.m. ET from Oracle Park. 

Urias is having a unique season for L.A. The southpaw is 3-5 and the team is 4-7 in his starts, despite him posting a 2.78 ERA and 1.11 WHIP. Urias took a no-decision against the Mets last Sunday, going 5.1 innings and allowing one earned run on three hits and three walks. Los Angeles has now lost his last three starts. 

It's been a similar story for Rodon, who's 4-4 on the year with the team going 4-7 in his starts. The Giants have lost his last five outings, including a 5-3 loss to the Rockies on Tuesday. Rodon went just 4.0 innings and allowed two earned runs on four hits and a walk in the no-decision effort. The left-hander enters tonight's game with a 3.51 ERA and 1.25 WHIP on the year. 

Rodon has enjoyed his new stadium, posting a 2.67 ERA over five starts at Oracle. He has faced this Dodgers' lineup in the past and they're just 11-59 (.186) against him. Mookie Betts, Freddie Freeman, and Trea Turner are a combined 2-20 (.100) against Rodon with both hits being doubles. As for Urias, he's limited the Giants to 32-132 (.242) in his career. Look for the lefty to bring his best stuff this afternoon as the Dodgers try to win a game before heading back to Los Angeles to take on the Angels.
