Top NHL GIFT & Anytime Goal Scorer Prop Bet Picks: Wednesday (10/16)
Betting the GIFT (Goal In First Ten) is simple. Pick whether or not a game will have a goal scored in the first 10 minutes of play (00:00-09:59). It's that easy and all you have to do is root for anyone to score and you win. It is one area of hockey betting that has a nearly league-wide positive success rate with 93.75% of the league currently cashing at 50% or better last season.
Anytime Goal Scorer props are even easier. Pick a player to score and if they light the lamp at any point, you win!

Boston Bruins at Colorado Avalanche
Boston will roll out Jeremy Swayman who went 25-10-8 with a 2.45 GAA and .893 Save% in 44 appearances last season. The 25-year-old is 2-1-0 while carrying a 2.45 GAA and a .893 Save% so far this season. Boston is 3-1 cashing the GIFT this season including 2-1 in Swayman’s three starts.
On the other side of the ice, Colorado will counter with Alexander Georgiev in goal tonight and he finished last season with a 3.02 Goals Against Average and a .897 Save Percentage. He also carried a 38-18-5 record in 63 appearances. This season is a horse of different color in the early goings as Georgiev is 0-2-0 while carrying a 6.58 GAA and a .790 Save%. The GIFT cashed in both of Georgiev’s starts this season and Calgary is 2-1 this season cashing the GIFT including 2-0 on the friendly ice of Ball Arena.
The last time these two teams faced off back on January 18, the GIFT cashed easily lightning quick when David Pastrnak scored at the 0;44 mark. It might not happen THAT fast but this prop will cash again tonight.
