Top NHL Parlay Odds & Picks for Saturday, May 21st (2022)
The lone game on the NHL slate tonight features the Colorado Avalanche taking on the St. Louis Blues as the series shifts Missouri for games three and four. The 2019 Champs evened the series at one game apiece on Thursday night behind a 30-save outing from Jordan Binnington. It was a 4-1 win for the Blues with David Perron scoring twice along with Brandon Saad and Jordan Kyrou each finding the back of the net. Game two gets underway tonight at 8:00 p.m. ET from Enterprise Center in St. Louis. Here's a Same Game Parlay paying +214 that I'm locking in tonight:

Colorado Avalanche (-165) vs. St. Louis Blues (+140) O/U 6.5

While the Avalanche floundered in game two, I like for them to bounce back in game three and reclaim the series lead. There's just way too much fire power on the offensive end to not take the Avs. Colorado has been the top scoring offense in the postseason, averaging 4.2 goals per game over six games. They also have the top goal differential at +10 goals.
Look for Nathan MacKinnon, Gabriel Landeskog, and the Avs to come out with a sense of urgency tonight on the offensive end. Jordan Binnington has been playing great so far in the playoffs, but Colorado was able to get to him throughout the regular season. They faced the netminder three times this year and tallied 11 goals in the process. The Avs also own the best power play unit in the NHL this postseason, scoring on eight of their 21 opportunities (38.10%). Take the Avs to prevail tonight on the road.
Leg 1: Avalanche ML
There have been a combined 10 goals through the first two games with each game going under the total. I'm going to ride that trend again tonight and round out our parlay with the under 6.5 goals (-105). Both of these netminders brought their A-game to the postseason, exemplified by their sub-2.00 GAA's. Binnington has posted a 1.75 GAA over five games while Darcy Kuemper is right behind him at 1.98 over five contests. Binnington also has a 0.948 SV% while Kuemper sits at 0.923 entering tonight's action. Do I even need to add any more statistics after stating the GAA's and save percentages?
Binnington was shaky during the regular season and the Avs' offense is a wagon, so I understand 6.5 goals, but it's still too high with the form that the Canadian-born netminder is in. I like this game to stay under 6.5 goals. Let's add it to the parlay and root for an Avs win in a low scoring affair.
Leg 2: Under 6.5 (-105)
