Mason Marchment Over 0.5 Points (+100)

The Florida Panthers look to even up the series as they take on the Washington Capitals following Saturday’s 6-1 loss. Florida’s offense is due for an explosive outing as they are only averaging 2.67 goals per game thus far in the series despite averaging 4.11 goals in the regular season.

This positive regression should come against the Washington Capitals’ projected starting goaltender, Ilya Samsonov. Through his two appearances in this series, Samsonov has produced a 0.979 save percentage and a game average of +1.5 goals saved above expected (GSAx).

These numbers are not sustainable against Florida, especially for Samsonov as he possessed a mere 0.896 save percentage and a -0.31 five-on-five GSAx per 60 minutes during the regular season. Marchment has played extremely well over the last two games despite notching just one point as leads the Panthers in individual expected goals for (xGF) over Games 2 and 3.

Matthew Tkachuk Over 0.5 Assists (+135)

The Calgary Flames will also look to even up their series as they take on the Dallas Stars following Saturday’s 4-2 loss. We should see a lot of ice time for the Tkachuk/Lindholm/Gaudreau line as they have been the only line to show up thus far for Calgary in the playoffs, and they will need their best players on the ice in what feels like a must-win game for Calgary at this point.

This line was phenomenal during the regular season as each guy scored at least 40 goals, so grabbing assists is usually not difficult on this line. Tkachuk has notched one assist in two of the three games thus far in this series and should be in store for another one in this contest.

Despite losing two straight games, the Flames have outplayed the Stars in each of those matchups. I expect a great performance from Calgary in a game that should show some positive regression for the team that has generated more high-danger scoring chances in each of the last two games despite being outscored 6-2 in that stretch.

Matt Duchene Anytime Scorer (+160)

The Nashville Predators will look to avoid the sweep on home ice as they host the Colorado Avalanche following Saturday’s 7-3 loss. Colorado has manhandled Nashville this series, however, Duchene has been one of the few Predators to play well.

Going against his former team, Duchene has racked up two goals through the first three games of this series. Duchene has played exceptionally well against Colorado this season as he has scored at least one goal in five of the six games between the regular season and the playoffs.

Outside of his poor performance in Game 2, Duchene has led the Predators’ forwards in both shots and individual xGF through the two other outings. In what is likely the final home game for the Predators of their season, we should see a spirited effort from this team and for their best players to step up.

Best of luck!
