Top NHL Playoffs Prop Bet Odds & Picks for Saturday, June 4 (2022)
Game 3 is set to get underway in the Western Conference Final as the Edmonton Oilers host the Colorado Avalanche. Despite only one game tonight, there are still a couple of great angles to attack in the prop betting market.
Below, I give out my two best NHL player prop bets for Saturday.

Cale Makar Under 2.5 Shots on Goal (+140)
The Colorado Avalanche travel to Edmonton with a 2-0 series lead after dominating the two home games to start the series. While the Oilers did make a late push in Game 1 and made It interested, we still can not discount the fact that Colorado owned them for the first 40 minutes.
That being said, I am not convinced that Colorado will dominate in a similar fashion on the road. In a must-win game in front of their fans, we should get Edmonton’s best game tonight.
Even if Edmonton does not win, I expect them to control play and spend more time in the offensive zone than Colorado. If that is the case, Makar will struggle to get over this total.
Makar has gone under this total in each game this series, and those were both at home. Now on the road, this number is too long to pass up as Makar has gone under this total in four of his last six games (67%).
Artturi Lehkonen Over 0.5 Points (+100)
While I mentioned above that I think Colorado will spend less time in the offensive zone in this game, that does not mean I think that they will get shut out. In fact, I expect the Avalanche to find the back of the net a few teams as Edmonton’s defense and goaltending have been a brutal combination thus far in this series.
Edmonton goaltender Mike Smith has definitely had his fair share of struggles in this series, although I blame the defense in front of him more so than Smith. Through the first two games of this series, the Oilers have allowed Colorado to generate 4.16 expected goals for (xGF) per 60 minutes.
I am not so sure that Edmonton’s defense will greatly improve in Game 3, even though they are on home ice. This sets up Lehkonen for a good opportunity to collect a point for the third straight game, which would not be shocking as he skates alongside Nazem Kadri and Mikko Rantanen.
