Corey Perry Anytime Goal Scorer (+260)

Following their 2-1 victory in the winding seconds of Game 2, the Tampa Bay Lightning return home with a 2-0 series lead over the Florida Panthers. After successfully hitting this prop in that game, I am going back to the well once again.

With the injury to Brayden Point, coach Jon Cooper moved Corey Perry up onto the first power play unit for this series. Perry has not disappointed as he has recorded a goal with that first power play unit in each of the first two games of this series.

Not only has Perry been beneficial on special teams, but he has also been one of Tampa Bay’s better scoring threats at even strength in this series. Through the first two games, Corey Perry leads the Lightning in individual expected goals for (xGF).

Teuvo Teravainen Over 0.5 Assists (+155)

Following their 2-0 victory in Game 2, the Carolina Hurricanes travel to New York to take on the Rangers with a 2-0 series lead. In a series where scoring has been incredibly hard to come by, Teuvo has been a big difference maker as he has recorded an assist in each of the first two games.

During Game 1, coach Rod Brind’Amour made some adjustments to the forward lines when the Hurricanes could not get any offense going through the first two periods. One of these adjustments was putting together the Teravainen/Aho/Jarvis line, which has paid dividends in this series.

With Brind’Amour obviously sticking with this line moving forward, Teravainen should get plenty of opportunities to rack up assists as Aho and Jarvis are both incredibly talented playmakers. Teravainen has now recorded an assist in three straight and five of his last eight games.

Johnny Gaudreau Over 3.5 Shots on Goal (+110)

Following their 5-3 loss to the Oilers on Friday, the Calgary Flames now travel to Edmonton with the series tied at 1-1. I think we are getting incredible value on this prop at plus money, which I believe is only the case because four shots on goal is a relatively high number.

However, that total is not too high for Gaudreau as he has gone over that number in four straight and six of his last seven games. As part of the star-studded first line, Gaudreau should have plenty of chances to fire shots on net as he plays alongside Matthew Tkachuk and Elias Lindholm.

This line produces shots at will and should be depended on by coach Darryl Sutter in this game as they look to take back the lead in the series. Going against an Edmonton team that certainly is not known for its stingy defense, I would be shocked if Gaudreau does not generate some great looks on net once again.

Best of luck!
