Cole Caufield Anytime Scorer (+205)

We have an Atlantic Division tilt as the seventh-place Ottawa Senators travel to Montreal to take on the eighth-place Canadiens. These odds are just way too long for a guy who has rediscovered his game since Martin St. Louis took over behind Montreal’s bench.

Since St. Louis took the reigns, Caufield has scored 11 goals over 16 games, including at least one over the last three straight games. He draws a favorable matchup as the Senators enter this contest playing their third game in four days and are on the second half of a back-to-back.

Since they are on the second half of a back-to-back, Filip Gustavsson gets the start in net for Ottawa. Gustavsson has struggled mightily this season, as he is 0-7 over his last seven starts with a brutal 0.862 save percentage.

Tyler Bertuzzi Anytime Scorer (+140)

Bertuzzi makes his return to the lineup as the Atlantic Division’s fifth-place Detroit Red Wings travel to Seattle to take on the Pacific Division’s eighth-place Kraken. Since Bertuzzi is not vaccinated, he was forced to sit out during the Red Wings’ Canadian road trip.

The time off has allowed Bertuzzi to rest up and he should be going full speed against a vulnerable Kraken team. Bertuzzi works on the first power play unit, which should be able to take advantage of Seattle’s penalty kill which ranks 27th in the league this season.

Philipp Gruabuer is projected to get the start for the Kraken and has been a fade-worthy goaltender all season as he ranks dead-last amongst starting goaltenders in five-on-five goals saved above expected per 60 minutes (GSAx). Grubauer has allowed three or more goals in 10 of his last 11 starts, and I think a rested Bertuzzi can get one past him.

Elias Lindholm Anytime Scorer (+150)

We have a Pacific Divison tilt as the first-place Calgary Flames travel to Vancouver to take on the fifth-place Canucks. Calgary’s offense, arguably the best in the league, is way too good to be held scoreless in back-to-back nights and I expect them to pick It back up.

Calgary’s power play could light the lamp against a Vancouver team that ranks dead-last in the league in penalty kill percentage. Lindholm is one of the trigger-men on Calgary’s first power play unit and is not afraid to shoot the puck.

Lindholm has found immense success playing between Johnny Gaudreau and Matthew Tkachuk this season as he has scored 16 goals over his last 20 games. Three of those goals have come on the power play during that stretch, and I think he gets one on It in this matchup.

Best of luck!
