Dylan Strome Anytime Scorer (+160)
The Central Division’s seventh-place Chicago Blackhawks host the Pacific Division’s eighth-place Seattle Kraken. Dylan Strome has been on fire as he has scored 11 goals over his last 15 games.
Strome’s increase in production makes sense as he now plays on the first line alongside Patrick Kane and Alex DeBrincat, two guys who make his job immensely easier. Additionally, Strome will have a good matchup in this contest as the Kraken are always a good bet for opposing players to score.
This season, Seattle ranks 25th in the league in opposing goals allowed. Philipp Grubauer is the projected starting goaltender for the Kraken and has allowed three or more goals in 13 of his last 16 starts.
James van Riemsdyk Anytime Scorer (+250)
We have a Metropolitan Division tilt as the seventh-place Philadelphia Flyers travel to Columbus to take on the sixth-place Blue Jackets. This is the second straight game between these teams as van Riemsdyk scored in the first one and has a good chance to repeat his success.
Over his last 17 games, van Riemsdyk has notched seven goals. While on the surface that does not appear like a lot, that figure represents over a third of his goals this season as he has stepped up his play in March.
Patrolling the first power play unit, van Riemsdyk should get his chances as the Blue Jackets rank just 19th in the league this season in penalty kill percentage. Elvis Merzlikins is the projected starting goaltender once again for Columbus and has allowed three or more goals in six of his last seven starts.
Josh Norris Anytime Scorer (+125)
The Atlantic Division’s seventh-place Ottawa Senators host the Central Division’s fourth-place Nashville Predators. As Ottawa’s leading goal scorer, Norris will look to get one past Juuse Saros.
Saros has not been in his usual form lately as he has allowed three or more goals in seven of his last 10 starts. This is good news for Josh Norris, who has been in good form recently as he has scored 12 goals over his last 16 games.
Norris is the trigger man on Ottawa’s first power play unit and should get multiple opportunities on special teams as the Predators average the most penalty minutes per game in the league. This season, Norris has registered a staggering 15 goals on the power play.
Best of luck!
