Sunday’s Best NBA Same Game Parlays: Warriors vs. Rockets

    (Odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook)

    Warriors vs. Rockets

Steph Curry scored at least 25 points in four of his last five games. He’s also scored at least 36 points in back-to-back games heading into this one. Ultimately, he’s facing a Rockets defense ranked 30th in points allowed to point guards per game this season. The Rockets rank 28th in three-point field goal percentage allowed to point guards and have given up the most field goals made to point guards this season. Curry should be able to take advantage.

Conversely, Jabari Smith Jr. has recorded at least 10 points in 67% of games this season. He’s also hit this line in four of his last five games and eight of his last 10 games. Plus, Smith has added at least 10 points in nine out of 11 games against the Warriors in his career. Ultimately, Golden State ranks 23rd in the NBA in points allowed to power forwards this season. The Warriors also rank 23rd in field goal percentage allowed to power forwards and have given up a high rate of free throws to power forwards. There are many ways Smith can get to 10 points.

However, Alperen Sengun could have a harder time scoring. The Rockets center has scored at least 21 points in only 39% of games this season. He’s also struggled specifically against the Warriors, scoring at least 21 points in only two out of 13 games against the Warriors since November 2021. In those games, he’s averaged just 13.4 points per game. On April 6th, Sengun scored 19 points against the Warriors, which wouldn’t be enough for his player prop tonight.
