Just four weeks remain in the 2019 NFL regular season as teams continue jockeying for positioning in either the playoff race or the 2020 NFL Draft. There are three matchups this weekend that I think bookmakers have gotten wrong, and I plan to combine them into one big parlay. It might be laying a lot of chalk, but bear with me as I look to pad our bankrolls for the final stretch of the NFL regular season.

Dallas Cowboys at Chicago Bears (+2.5) (via PointsBet)

Both teams come into this matchup sitting at 6-6, but only one of them has a real chance of making the playoffs. The Cowboys have lost three of four after starting the season 5-3, but still lead the NFC East and are way too talented to be playing as poorly as they have been over the last four weeks. Following back-to-back losses in which they scored a combined 24 points, I look for them to get back on track here against a Bears team whose only wins over the last eight weeks came against the Giants and Lions. The Bears most recently played on Thanksgiving, securing a 24-20 win on a fourth-quarter strike from Mitch Trubisky.

Pick 1: Cowboys -3

Pittsburgh Steelers at  Arizona Cardinals (+2.5) (via PointsBet)

Sitting at 7-5 and fighting for a Wild Card spot, this Steelers’ defense has been playing out of its mind. Playing much of the season without not only Ben Roethlisberger but their RB1 (James Conner) and WR1 (JuJu Smith-Schuster), this has been one of Mike Tomlin’s most impressive jobs to date. On the other side of the field, rookie head coach Kliff Kingsbury and his rookie quarterback Kyler Murray showed glimpses of promise this season, clawing to a 4-3 record before dropping five straight heading into Sunday. I like the Steelers in this spot against a plummeting Cardinals team who now has the added distraction of a gambling scandal.

Pick 2: Steelers -2.5

Miami Dolphins at New York Jets (-5) (via PointsBet)

Prior to last week’s bizarre defeat on the road at Cincinnati to give the Bengals their first win of the season, the Jets had been streaking as Sam Darnold returned from mono to win three straight, scoring 34 in each game. For the Dolphins, they are riding high off one of their best performances of the season as quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick threw for a season-high 365 yards and three touchdowns in their defeat of the Eagles last week as 10-point underdogs. While the Dolphins have been playing better since getting their first win (against this Jets team) in Week 9, I like them to fall back to earth here in a divisional game and what is also a revenge spot for the Jets.

Pick 3: Jets -5
