Atlanta Dream (+124) at Golden Valkyries (-146) | O/U 154.5 (-110/-110)

These teams met three times during the regular season, with Golden State winning each of the meetings, while also covering all three times as a slight underdog. The Under cashed in the two meetings in San Francisco, while the Over hit in the lone meeting in Atlanta.

In the two meetings in San Francisco, a back-to-back set, Golden State won 77-66 on June 24 as a 1.5-point underdog, while they cashed the Under (165.5). In the rematch on June 26, it was a 78-75 win as a 2.5-point underdog for the Valkyries, while the Under (164.5) cashed again.

While the Dream hit just 34% (23-of-67) from the field in that game on June 26, Dream C Angel Reese still rolled up 15 points, 12 rebounds, and six steals in an impressive outing. Golden State has a much more diversified attack, however, with five different players going for 10+ points. F Gabby Williams went for a team-best 16 points with four rebounds and two steals.

The Dream have rocketed through the postseason, winning all five games, topping the Washington Mystics in the first round in two games (best-of-three series), while sweeping the New York Liberty in three games (best-of-five series). In fact, if you go back to the regular season, Atlanta has won and covered 10 in a row since its last setback at home to the Portland Fire on Aug. 28. The Over is 4-1 in five postseason games for the Dream, too.

For the Valkyries, they were taken to three games by Paige Bueckers and the Dallas Wings in the opening round, going 1-2 ATS in that series. However, Golden State swept the defending champion Las Vegas Aces in three games, while covering each of those matchups. The Over cashed in the final two games of the series, but Golden State is generally better known for its defense.

We’re going to take Golden State, based on its dominance in the series, even though Atlanta has been red-hot lately. And, let’s go low on the total, too.

As far as the props, it’s always a good idea to take Reese to record a double-double. Oddly enough, she has had just one double-double in five playoff games, and that came in Game 1 against the Mystics on Sept. 27. She is still averaging 18.0 PPG and 8.4 RPG in five postseason games, so it won’t take much to get there, helping us to 5X.

Atlanta Dream (+124) at Golden Valkyries (-146) | O/U 154.5 (-110/-110)

If you’re a little scared off by Reese’s lack of double-doubles lately, or you prefer to play Valkyries players because we’re also going with them to win, that makes sense. We’ll back Atlanta’s Jordin Canada to get to at least six assists. In four of her five playoff games, Canada has eight or more assists, while going for double-digit dimes in three of those contests. She is averaging 19.2 PPG and 8.8 APG in five postseason contests.

Parlay Odds: +412

Atlanta Dream (+124) at Golden Valkyries (-146) | O/U 154.5 (-110/-110)

If you were to combine Canada’s assists, as well as going with Reese’s potential double-double, that gets us well in excess of an 8X payoff, too. Good luck with your plays, and enjoy the WNBA Finals!
