Las Vegas Aces vs. New York Liberty
When the Aces are playing, it's usually the smartest bet to take A'ja Wilson to score first....when she's playing. Unfortunately for the Aces, the 4x MVP is listed as OUT tonight in the Commissioner's Cup Final. This marks the first time this season Wilson has been unable to suit up for the defending champs.
With no A'ja Wilson patrolling the paint, look for the Liberty to go to one of their bigs early. Wilson dominates First Baskets so her absence paves the way for the likes of Breanna Stewart and Jonquel Jones to score early and often. We only care about the early part.
if Vegas scores first, look for the points to come from Jackie Young who looks to take on the scoring load with Wilson sidelined, the return on all three of these ladies is lower than normal, relatively, but still holds a ton of value with no clear cut favorite.
