WNBA Odds & Picks: Wednesday (Fever vs. Mystics)
There is only one game on the schedule for Wednesday in the WNBA. The Indiana Fever will travel to take on the Washington Mystics. Both teams will be looking to get back into the win column, so there should be plenty of fun opportunities to bet. Here are my favorite WNBA picks for the game.

Indiana Fever at Washington Mystics
The Fever have played the fastest pace of any team in the league this year, and they've been very efficient when doing it. They're third in both effective field goal rate (eFG%) and turnover rate, so it's no surprise they're averaging 88 points per game (PPG), good for second-best in the league. But the cog that makes the offense run, Caitlin Clark, will be out at least two weeks with a quad injury.
Washington got off to a nice start on the season, winning their first two games, but things have slowed down lately as they dropped each of the last three. Despite the competition, they've managed to keep every game close. Washington's largest final margin has been only six points.
The Fever play fast and get to the basket. A whopping 44.4% of their field-goal attempts are layups and they make them at a very high rate. Without Clark in the lineup, will they be able to keep that pace? They did a ton to shape their roster around Clark in the offseason, so I think they can maintain the style even without their star.
Washington has been a team that has prevented teams from getting to the basket. They allow fewer than 12% of their opponents’ attempts to come at the rim. This is the key to slowing down this high-powered offense for Indiana and the key to keeping this game low scoring, but I still like the Fever to prevail on the spread.
Picks: Fever -3 (-110) & Under 160.5 Points (-108)
