Sunday's Best WNBA Bets
2026 Regular Season: 19-17-0 | Last: 2-1 | (Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)
New York Liberty (-14.5) at Toronto Tempo (+675) | O/U 176.5 (-108/-112)
The New York Liberty have failed to cover the spread in 12 straight games as road favorites against Eastern Conference opponents. They have also 0-11 ATS in their last 11 eleven road games against opponent’s with a losing record. That’s 11 straight contests where fading the Lib and taking their opponents’ points has cashed.
Conversely, while Toronto only has 11 wins on the season, they are 21-20 ATS. Compare this to New York’s 15-25-1 record ATS. Toronto is also slightly more competitive at Coca-Cola Coliseum, with 7 of their 11 wins coming in The North.
New York is too talented and too decorated to play with their food the way they do. Also, Tempo HC Sandy Brondello guided the Lib to a ship back in ’24 and will want blood, as always. She did take home a scalp the last time these teams met in a 93-91 win at Centre Bell in Montreal. The Liberty took the contest in Brooklyn, 97-82, back on June 3.
Today’s game will be at the third venue of the season between the two teams. The Tempo are too beat up, with Marina Mabrey (hip), Aneesah Morrow (knee), and Brittney Sykes (foot) all out for the year, but they should have enough left in the tank to stay within 15 points of the Liberty.
Pick: Tempo +14.5 (-118)
Washington Mystics (+205) at Indiana Fever (-6.5) | O/U 178.5 (-105/-115)
The Washington Mystics are 25-16 in a tie with New York for 3rd place in the Eastern Conference. The ‘Stics come in winners of four of their last five and six of their last eight games. They throttled the Sky 110-80 in their first game back from the FIBA World Cup break. They have also won four of their last five games away from CareFirst Arena in a road trip that dates back to August 23.
The Indiana Fever are 27-14 and sit 0.5 games behind Atlanta for the top spot in the East. The Fever have won three in a row and eight of their last 10. They have also won three straight at Gainbridge Fieldhouse and have won 13 of their last 17 overall.
The Mystics and Fever have split the season series 1-1, with the road team taking each contest by exactly two points. The Mystics won 104-102 here in Indianapolis in an OT win on May 15. Both of these teams have a ton of positioning to play for in these final games, and Washington is right around that +200 moneyline “sweet spot” that seems to hit so often in the W.
Back the Misty Slims on the moneyline value.
Pick: Mystics Moneyline (+205)
