Tuesday’s Best WNBA Picks & Predictions

(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

Indiana Fever (-395) at Toronto Tempo (+310) | O/U 193.5 (-110/-110)

The Fever (23-12) and Tempo (10-23) meet at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto on Tuesday night at 7:00 p.m. ET on ESPN.

Indiana picked up a 113-91 victory in the only previous meeting at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis on June 16th, cashing as an 8.5-point favorite, as the over (180.5) hit.

In the loss, Tempo rookie Laura Juskaite scored a team-high 19 points on 8-of-11 shooting, while posting four assists, three steals and two rebounds. Marina Mabrey went for 18 points, seven assists and a pair of three-pointers.

The Fever’s Kelsey Mitchell was good for 27 points on a very efficient 9-of-11 shooting, while Caitlin Clark recorded 21 points, 14 assists and five rebounds in the victory. Sophie Cunningham also added 24 points off the bench, hitting 8-of-11 from the field, including an elite-level 6-of-7 from downtown, while grabbing six rebounds in 24 minutes.

Indiana’s offense is a well-oiled machine lately, going for 90+ points in four consecutive victories, and the Fever have covered three in a row, too. The Fever have scored 84+ points in 11 straight outings, with triple-digit point totals in seven of those contests.

Toronto heads into the game with 10 consecutive losses, but the Tempo are a solid 3-1 against the spread (ATS) in the past four games, all as underdogs of 9.5 points or more. The over has a 3-2 edge in the past five games, while going 6-3 across the past nine tilts.

We’ll side with the Tempo catching nearly double-digit points. That 9.5-point neighbo(u)rhood is very good for them, as they’ve managed to keep things close. And, while the Fever have covered three in a row, they’re just 3-3 ATS in the past six games, and 1-2 ATS in the past three on the road.

As a favorite of 8.5 or more points, though, they’re 3-0 ATS in the past three tries, so be careful. We’ll also go over on the total. The Fever are scoring a ton of points, but they also hemorrhage points, and the Tempo have racked up their fair share of points, while giving up 94+ points in nine straight outings.

Picks: Tempo +9.5 (-115) & Over 193.5 Points (-110)

New York Liberty (-192) at Chicago Sky (+160) | O/U 182.5 (-110/-110)

The Liberty (23-14) and the Sky (13-22) meet at Wintrust Arena in Chicago on Tuesday night at 9:00 p.m. ET.

New York has won three straight meetings in the series, while going 8-1 straight up (SU) in the past nine in the series since June 4th, 2024. However, the Sky covered four straight meetings, including each of the past two battles this season.

The last time these teams met at Barclays Center in Brooklyn on July 22nd, the Liberty survived 95-94, but the Sky cashed as 7.5-point underdogs, as the over (178.5) hit. The over has cashed in four straight meetings in this series since August 21st, 2025.

After an ugly showing at Indiana on August 11th, falling 106-92 to Clark and the Fever, the Liberty have racked up two straight wins over Los Angeles and Connecticut, although the Liberty are 0-3 ATS in the past three games and 2-11 ATS in the past 13 outings. The under has hit in the past two games, while going 4-2 across the past six outings.

The Sky beat Seattle 82-80 on the road on Sunday night, but failed to cash as 2.5-point favorites at most shops. They’re still just 1-3 SU/ATS in the past four games, while the under is 4-1 in the previous five contests.

While the Sky have been strong against the spread in this series lately, we’ll back the Liberty to get the job done on the road, while going low on the total.

Picks: Liberty -5.5 (-102) & Under 182.5 Points (-110)
