The WNBA playoffs continue on Tuesday night with a pair of Game 2 matchups. The Las Vegas Aces and Indiana Fever meet at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis at 6:30 p.m. ET on Amazon Prime Video, while the Minnesota Lynx and New York Liberty square off at Barclays Center in Brooklyn at 8:30 p.m. ET on USA Network/CNBC. Tuesday’s Best WNBA Picks & Predictions

Las Vegas Aces (+102) at Indiana Fever (-122) | O/U 183.5 (-105/-115)
The Aces fired out to a 1-0 series lead with a 102-85 victory at Michelob ULTRA Arena at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas on Sunday, easily covering as a 4.5-point favorite, with the over (181.5) coming in.
Indiana shot 45% (30-of-67) from the field and 39% (12-of-31) from beyond the three-point line. Caitlin Clark knocked down three treys, finishing with 15 points and 10 assists, while Aliyah Boston paced the team with 18 points. She also added eight rebounds, four assists and a steal.
However, Las Vegas was a blazing 59% (38-of-64) from the floor, and Indiana had no answers for A’ja Wilson. She exploded for 38 points, 16 rebounds and five blocks, and she even inadvertently knocked over a member of the Aces’ staff behind a curtain as the team fired out of the tunnel. She took no prisoners in Game 1. Jackie Young also had a double-double, scoring 21 points and adding 10 assists.
In the regular season, Indiana won two of the three meetings, with the road team winning and covering both. So, the Aces broke that trend in a big way. The over cashed and is 4-2 in the past six meetings in this series, although the under is 3-1 in the past four meetings in Indianapolis since July 24th, 2025.
While the Aces were super impressive, sportsbooks are expecting the change of venue to matter a lot. I don’t see it. Let’s take the Aces on the Moneyline as slight underdogs, and we’ll keep pumping the over in Vegas games.

Minnesota Lynx (-162) at New York Liberty (+136) | O/U 172.5 (-108/-112)
The Lynx head to Barclays Center in Brooklyn looking for revenge after a Game 1 loss in the Twin Cities. New York crushed Minnesota 91-75 as a 6.5-point underdog, playing perhaps its most complete game of the entire season. The under (174.5) cashed in the series opener.
In the regular season, New York was 2-1 and had won in Minneapolis just nine days before the Game 1 stunner, so perhaps it wasn’t that shocking after all. Plus, the Liberty is a perfect 5-0 against the spread (ATS) in the past five meetings since August 19th, 2025. Sometimes one team just has the number of another. The under cashed in Game 1, and it is 3-1 in the previous four meetings in New York.
In Game 1, New York shone by shooting 51% (31-of-61) from the field and 52% (13-of-25) from beyond the three-point line. It also sparkled at the free-throw line, shooting 89% (16-of-18). Breanna Stewart turned back the clock with 34 points and 12 rebounds, while adding six assists, two steals, two blocks and two made three-pointers. Leonie Fiebich had a solid game with 16 points and eight rebounds, while nailing four triples.
Minnesota shot just 42% (28-of-67) from the floor and 35% (9-of-26) from downtown. Unanimous rookie of the year Olivia Miles had 11 points in her first playoff appearance, but she was just 3-of-12 from the field, as was Courtney Williams. Napheesa Collier showed up with six buckets on 14 shots, finishing with 12 points.
Minnesota will need to be on point if it wants to avoid its playoff hopes going down the drain before they’ve even really started. It’s win-or-go-home for the Lynx, and I think we’ll get a much better performance from Minnesota. Still, New York is attractive, catching two buckets. Let’s go with the under, too.
