Saturday's Best WNBA Player Props & Parlay Picks

Season: 66-58-7 | Last: 2-1 | (Odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook)

    New York Liberty (+106) at Minnesota Lynx (-2.0) | O/U 166.5 (-112/-108)

Kayla McBride has hit this number in four of her last five and seven of her last ten. This season, she is averaging 14.8 points and 3.4 assists, which puts her at 18.2, so essentially, an average night cashes this prop.

McBride covered this number last time out against these same Liberty in Brooklyn. She scored 18 points with two assists for a P+A combo of 20. In fact, McBride has covered this number in both games against New York this season, scoring 24 points to go along with five assists for a P+A combo of 29. She is averaging 21.0 points and 3.5 assists against New York this season for a 24.5 P+A combo.

With Napheesa Collier set to miss a fourth straight contest today, McBride should easily cover this number again.

Emma Meesseman has really stepped up of late in the absence of Breanna Stewart and has helped New York right the ship somewhat. Meesseman has cashed this prop in three of her last four games. Across six games, all since August 3, Meesseman is averaging 16.2 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 3.8 assists for a 26.2 P+R+A. Again, an average night gets the job done here.

Across the past two games, Meesseman is averaging 24.0 points, 9.5 rebounds, and 3.5 assists for a 37.0 P+R+A. Additionally, across her last three road games, the 32-year-old is averaging 20.7 points, 9.0 rebounds, and 4.7 assists for a 34.4 P+R+A. Meesseman has seen a rebirth since joining the Liberty and has seen her minutes quickly ramp up to 31+ across the last four games. The more time on the court, the more likely to cash. She even played 32 minutes on back-to-back nights and posted nearly identical stat lines, She clearly has more gas in her tank than most thanks to a late start to her season.

Not a lot of teams could lose a likely MVP candidate like Napheesa Collier and continue to win seamlessly. Case in point, New York is still recalibrating from the loss of Stewie. However, nothing seems to stop this year's Lynx squad, especially in the friendly confines of Target Center. Minnesota is a stellar 16-1 at home this season while New York, as good as they are, is just 8-8 on the road this season. The Lynx just won by 12 in Brooklyn last time out, getting this much relative moneyline value at home is crazy. I like it to round out our Same Game Parlay today.
