WNBA Player Props & Bets: Thursday (5/29)

We’ve got two games to pick from tonight. The Wings pay a visit to the Sky in Chicago, and the Valkyries head to New York to take on the Liberty. Plenty of props to choose from. Let’s take a look.

Thursday’s Best WNBA Player Prop Picks

Breanna Stewart Over 24.5 Points + Rebounds (-130 BetMGM)

This number is 25.5 or higher at most books, so I’ll take the extra juice on the lower. Stewie has gotten to 25 twice out of four games, including the last game against Golden State, where she cleared it in points alone. The biggest risk to this wager is that the Liberty are 16.5-point favorites, so there is a chance her minutes could get somewhat limited in a blowout. The Liberty have to get to the point it’s a blowout, though, and I think she’ll have a big hand in it.

Natasha Cloud Over 19.5 Points + Assists (-120 FanDuel)

We’ll stay in this game and ride with Natasha Cloud to clear this mark tonight after having come up short in the last matchup against the Valkyries. Cloud is averaging 15.3 points and 8.3 assists per game, and I don’t see her staying quiet two contests in a row.

Paige Bueckers Over 21.5 Points + Assists (-122 FanDuel)

This line is odd to me because Bueckers has come into her own over Dallas’ first five games, punctuated by her 21 points and seven assists in their first win of the season against Connecticut. Chicago ranks 12 of 13 in opponent assists and is dead last in points allowed. The rookie is rolling with her confidence right now and facilitating the ball well. Let’s roll with the over.
