The WNBA Commissioner’s Cup competition is underway, and tonight we have two games. The Valkyries head to Phoenix to take on the Mercury while the Mystics host the Liberty, who have thus far looked like a juggernaut. There are some solid WNBA player props and bets on the board, so let’s take a look.

Thursday’s Best WNBA Player Props, Bets & Picks

Satou Sabally Over 21.5 Points (-125 DraftKings)

I’m a Minnesota Lynx fan and got to watch Sabally on Tuesday, and she is ridiculously good. The Valkyries allow the ninth-most points in the league, including sitting last in opposing three-pointers made. Sabally takes around five three-point attempts per game, but this is mostly about attacking the worst defense on the slate. The juice is a little high, but I’ll take it.

Veronica Burton Over 10.5 Points (-104 FanDuel)

Burton faces a Phoenix team that remains injury-plagued, particularly with some defensive stalwarts. Aside from a 2-point game against the Liberty last week, Burton has averaged 17 points over her last five games. She is also averaging 27.3 minutes per game. I like the odds here that she can get to 11 tonight.

Brittney Sykes Under 8.5 Rebounds + Assists (+105 ESPN)

This feels risky, but the Mystics are up against the Liberty. Sykes got to seven when they matched up a week ago, and New York has such a stifling defense that I think Washington is going to struggle to get a lot going. I think she’ll get to eight, and at plus money, I’ll roll the dice.
