WNBA Player Props & Bets: Thursday (9/17)
It's Thursday in the W with the 2026 WNBA Regular Season returning after a three-week FIBA World Cup hiatus. If you missed me during the break, I was handicapping US Open Tennis and went 7-4 in my picks, including 4-1 across the men’s and women’s finals. The ladies are back and as always, I'm breaking down the top WNBA Player Props for what should be an another awesome night.

Allisha Gray Over 18.5 Points (-110)
Allisha Gray is averaging 19.3 points per game this season and has cashed this scoring prop in seven of her last 11 games and 13 other last 20. Over her last 20 contests, Gray is averaging 20.3 points. In that 20-game stretch, she is 8-4 against this number at home, averaging 19.75 at Gateway Center Arena.
Gray and the Dream have already faced Connecticut twice this season and she is 2-0 against this prop. She has averaged 27.5 points against the Sun this season, going for 29 the last time on August 13 in the Constitution State.
Georgia Amoore Over 8.5 Points (-128)
Georgia Amoore will look to score at least nine points for the third straight game as she has reached this number in five of her last six games. She has also cashed this prop in three of her last four games away from CareFirst Arena.
Across her last six games, Amoore is averaging 12.17 points in 26.5 minutes. Even the one time in this stretch she didn’t cash, she still finished with seven points and within a single basket of cashing. Additionally, in her last four road games, the Aussie is averaging 13.5 points in 26.5 minutes.
This is a good bet at face value, but add in the fact that fellow guard Sonia Citron is returning from the FIBA World Cup and a gold medal run in Europe and may need some time to readjust. This opens the door for Amoore to roll into double figures in the scoring department.
