Phoenix Mercury vs. Connecticut Sun WNBA Same Game Parlay Picks
- Leg 1: Marina Mabrey Under 3.5 Assists (-146)
- Leg 2: Alyssa Thomas Over 8.5 Assists (-136)
- Leg 3: Satou Sabally Over 7.5 Rebounds (-130)
Marina Mabrey has recorded just four assists in her last two games combined. Instead of racking up assists, Mabrey has given up 10 turnovers in those last two games. Her assist-to-turnover ratio is looking ugly in the previous two games. Meanwhile, the Mercury are first in the WNBA in assists allowed to shooting guards. Mabrey has hit this line in just 45% of games and now has one of the most challenging matchups of the year when it comes to assists.
On the other hand, Alyssa Thomas has been one of the most consistent facilitators in the game. She’s recorded at least 10 assists in three consecutive games, despite playing no more than 29 minutes in two of the last three games. The Sun are 12th in the WNBA in assists allowed to small forwards this season. Thomas should be able to take advantage of this opportunity.
Satou Sabally has earned nine rebounds in her last two games. She has played at least 30 minutes in two of her previous three games and has brought down at least seven defensive rebounds in back-to-back games. Additionally, Sabally has recorded at least one offensive rebound in nine straight games.
Sabally battles a Sun team ranked 11th in the WNBA in total rebounds allowed to power forwards. Plus, the Mercury are 13.5-point favorites. It’s likely the Sun will miss many shots, which will enable Sabally to clean up on the glass tonight.
