Sunday’s Best WNBA Same Game Parlays

(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

New York Liberty at Los Angeles Sparks

Leg #1: Liberty Moneyline (-186)

The New York Liberty continues to get back to full strength and will take on a Los Angeles team that comes into this contest having lost two consecutive games. The Liberty has, without a doubt, one of the deepest benches. Not a single player in the second unit for the Sparks averages over 10 points.

Cameron Brink has already been ruled out due to an ankle injury, which puts further strain on the Sparks’ starting lineup. Kelsey Plum is set to return after a one-game absence due to an injury to her left leg. If the sharp-shooting guard is limited in any way, the Liberty could be looking at a double-digit win tonight.

The Sparks are heavily outmatched in size and bench strength. New York would have to completely fall flat in this contest to not come away with a win. The Sparks have one win against teams with a winning record.

Leg #2: Breanna Stewart 3+ Assists (-183)

Breanna Stewart is a very familiar option in parlays for points and rebounds. We will be looking to exploit a small assists line today, however, in what could be a high-scoring contest.

The Liberty and Sparks combine for over 169 possessions per game, with a projected total of 180.5 points. A healthy number of possessions and scoring will work out swimmingly for Stewart to finish with three or more assists.

The Liberty center is averaging 2.9 assists per game on the season. Stewart dished out at least three assists in six out of the previous eight games. The veteran center is averaging 3.5 assists over that span. When playing on the road, Stewart is averaging 3.3 assists through six games. The UConn alum finished with three or more assists in five out of six away games.

Leg #3: Jonquel Jones 8+ Rebounds (-197)

Oddsmakers are all over this prop, and rightfully so. With no Cameron Brink in the lineup for the Sparks, Jonquel Jones should rack up a few extra boards. The veteran forward is averaging over nine rebounds per game on the season, and has pulled down eight rebounds or more in eight out of her last nine games.

The forward out of South Carolina has been absolutely smashing this line lately, and there's very good reason to believe that will continue today. Jones has finished with at least eight rebounds in two consecutive contests. The Liberty forward has grabbed at least eight boards in 11 out of 15 games this season, and at least seven rebounds in 13 games.

If you wanted to give yourself a bit of structural insurance and take Jones to post seven boards or more, we wouldn't fault you. Your return on investment (ROI) will take a small hit, but you'll definitely get a higher success rate.

Leg #4: Satou Sabally 8+ Points (-339)

Satou Sabally missed four games with a concussion this season and has become a strong source of points off the bench. The veteran forward plays around 17-19 minutes per night. Yet, she is still averaging 11 points per game.

Sabally is shooting 48% from the field on 7.5 attempts each contest. The Liberty forward has scored at least eight points in six out of the last seven games. Sabally reached the eight-point threshold in all three road contests this season, averaging 13.7 points over that span.

Leg #5: Satou Sabally 1+ Made Three-Pointers (-342)

Satou Sabally has knocked down 10 three-pointers over the last four games. In what could be a high-scoring contest, it only makes sense to add this correlated piece to our parlay. Sabally has finished with at least one three-pointer in five consecutive contests, including three road games.

Sabally is absolutely lights out from three-point distance in road games this season (8-of-13). Los Angeles allows 8.3 three-pointers per game when playing at home. The success rate and attempts allowed by Los Angeles make us highly confident Sabally will make at least one three-pointer this evening.
