WNBA Same Game Parlays & Picks: Thursday (9/24)
The WNBA regular season wraps up Thursday, and we have three nationally-televised games on the schedule. The Toronto Tempo and Connecticut Sun meet at 7:00 p.m. ET on NBA TV, while the Indiana Fever and Minnesota Lynx square off at 8:00 p.m. ET on USA Network. At 10:00 p.m. ET, the Las Vegas Aces and Phoenix Mercury meet on USA Network and CNBC. We’ll provide a couple of WNBA same game parlays (SGPs) for you as we look to increase our bankroll.

Thursday’s Best WNBA Same Game Parlays

Chicago Sky (+575) at Washington Mystics (-850) | O/U 166.5 (-115/-105)
The Sky (16-27) and Mystics (27-16) meet at Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C. on Thursday night. This is the second time in a week that these teams have met, with Washington punishing Chicago 110-80 at Wintrust Arena as a 1.5-point favorite while the Over (165.5) cashed.
Washington has won eight of the past nine meetings, while going 7-2 against the spread (ATS). The Over is 4-1 in the past five meetings, too, including an easy Over (165.5) result last week. The Mystics hit 55% (41-of-75) from the field, while hitting at 43% (9-of-21) from behind the 3-point line, and pulling down 40 rebounds with just eight turnovers. The Sky were 44% (29-of-66) from the field, while managing just 20% (4-of-20) from downtown. The Sky were minus-13 in rebounding margin, while turning it over 16 times, or at a 2-to-1 rate, to the Lynx.
In Thursday’s win, Kiki Iriafen posted 18 points with 11 rebounds, a steal, and a block. Shakira Austin stayed hot with 20 points, seven rebounds, and three assists, pushing on our player combo of 30+ Pts+Rebs+Asts. In a losing effort, Kamilla Cardoso had 10 points and seven rebounds before fouling out after 23 minutes.
The Mystics are in the sixth spot in the standings, one game behind the Indiana Fever, who also play Thursday. While Washington cannot secure home-court advantage in the first round, it can secure the No. 5 seed with a win and an Indiana loss. If Washington and Indiana each win, the Mystics would lock down the No. 6 seed.
The Sky might be eliminated, but they posted a 97-85 win over the Toronto Tempo as a 5.5-point favorite on Tuesday to halt a five-game loss and non-cover streak. The Over is 3-0 in the past three games.
Let’s go with the Mystics to roll the Sky badly, as they’re still playing for something. And, we’ll go high on the total.
As far as player props are concerned, Austin is back after leaving last week’s game early. With her lay-up in the opening minute against Chicago last week, Austin set the franchise single-season scoring record. She is averaging 17.2 points (PPG), 9.5 rebounds (RPG), and 2.5 assists (APG) per game.

The Fever (28-15) and Lynx (32-11) meet in the second end of back-to-back to wrap up the season. Minnesota has wrapped up the No. 1 overall seed, so they might power down a bit to rest key players to get ready for the postseason.
Indiana is trying to lock up the No. 5 seed, where they would meet the Atlanta Dream in the first round. Angel Reese vs. Caitlin Clark in the playoffs would be must-see TV, but we need to get there first.
The Fever won 96-77 on Tuesday night as a 3.5-point favorite in Indianapolis while the Under (185.5) cashed. Indiana has posted a 4-1 SU/ATS mark in the past five games, while the Under has hit in the past two games, but the Over is 4-2 in the previous six outings. The Over is also 4-1 in the past five games on the road for Indiana, too.
While the Lynx have clinched the top overall seed, they’re limping to the finish line with just one win in the past five games, a 101-89 win Sunday in Connecticut. Minnesota is also 0-5 ATS in the past five outings, while the Under has cashed in four of the past five outings, and 7-2 in the past nine games.
Indiana is a strong play, since it still has something to play for, while Minnesota is likely to rest key personnel. Let’s go low on the total, too.
As far as props are concerned, player values weren’t available at DraftKings or FanDuel for the game above, but they’re available for this tilt. Let’s keep it simple, too. Caitlin Clark is a good bet to hit at least three triples, and we’ll take the Fever laying the little bit of points, with the Under to get us to 4X.
