WNBA Same Game Parlays & Picks: Wednesday (8/26)
WNBA fans have a pair of games to bet on tonight, starting with the Golden State Valkyries taking on the Connecticut Sun at 7:00 p.m. ET and ending with the Toronto Tempo visiting the Seattle Storm at 10:00 p.m. EST. Between the two, we can build a couple of great WNBA same game parlays (SGPs). Here's my favorite SGP for each game.

Golden State Valkyries vs. Connecticut Sun
Golden State is not going to have an easy time with the Sun tonight. Yes, Connecticut will be without Brittney Griner, Leila Lacan and Olivia Nelson-Ododa. That was the case last night, too. But Aaliyah Edwards, Diamond Miller and Kennedy Burke stepped up to lead the Sun to an 87-81 win over Chicago.
Chicago can't compare to the Valkyries, of course. Golden State is still playing lockdown defense, holding teams to around 71 points per game (PPG). But Connecticut's defense hasn't been awful of late - 83.6 PPG allowed over their last five games.
The Sun(78.6 PPG) have been scoring more than Golden State (77 PPG) over the last five games. Golden State should still win, but they will not blow out the Sun.
Leg #2: Veronica Burton Over 1.5 Made Three-Pointers (+110)
Golden State lives and dies by the three-pointer, so we know they'll never stop shooting. Burton has made two or more threes in nine of her last 12 games and in four of her last five. That frequency makes this prop one I can't pass up.
Leg #3: Tiffany Hayes Over 9.5 Points (-170)
Tiffany Hayes is averaging just 8.7 PPG this season but has scored 10+ points in six straight games and in nine of her last 10.
Parlay Odds: +554 - A $100 wager will result in a $654 payday; your stake plus $554 in winnings.
Toronto Tempo vs. Seattle Storm
Leg #1: Under 175.5 Points (-112)
How do you pick a winner between a team that has gone 1-13 versus one that's gone 1-14 in recent play? Neither can be trusted to perform well and have been pretty similar from a statistical perspective (Seattle net -4.8 over the last five; Toronto net -6). You go with the total. The over is 4-6 for both teams over their last 10 games.
With both teams missing key players due to injury, expectations should be low for both teams in this game.
Leg #2: Dominique Malonga Over 10.5 Rebounds (+116)
Dominique Malonga only had five rebounds in her last game versus Dallas, but she has gone over this total in two of her last three games and in six of her last 13. Three of Toronto's top four rebounders are not playing, so Malonga shouldn't have too much competition on the boards tonight.
Leg #3: Isabelle Harrison Over 15.5 Points (-102)
Isabelle Harrison has gone over this total just once in her last nine games, but she is averaging 12 PPG this season. With Marina Mabrey, Maria Conde, Julie Allemand, Aneesah Morrow and Brittney Sykes out, someone has to score. Harrison is the best remaining option.
Parlay Odds: +710 - A $100 wager will result in an $810 payday; your stake plus $710 in winnings.
