Best Bengals Player Props for Super Bowl LVI

The improbable 2021-22 run for the Cincinnatti Bengals continues on Sunday as they try to put an exclamation point on what has been nothing short of an incredible two months. With their arrival to Super Bowl LVI has come a prop market surrounding the team and players.

Today, let’s key in on Bengals player props, and three I’ve keyed in on over at DraftKings.

Tee Higgins Longest Reception: Under 24.5 -110 at DraftKings Sportsbook

Higgins’s sure-fire hands have earned him the WR2 position on this team for years to come, but his breakaway speed leaves a lot to be desired. Over the course of the regular season, in just seven games did he have a reception of longer than 24.5 yards and I don’t think we see him get there in this one either.

Also, over the course of the postseason, the Rams have allowed just three receivers players of longer than 21 yards.

Tyler Boyd Receiving Yards: Over 42.5 |  -105 at DraftKings Sportsbook

This number has crept up from 39 and I’d play it up to 45. Despite a slow postseason thus far, Boyd put up 48+ yard performances in the regular season in five separate games right as the Bengals were starting their run.

While he is third on the depth chart as far as receivers, a closer look shows that could be the key. In both the Divisional and Championship rounds of the NFC playoffs, the Rams allowed at least three receivers 50 yards or more.

Joe Mixon Receptions: Over 3.5 | -145 at DraftKings Sportsbook

While he had a relatively quiet season through the air, this offense found something late in the season that involved Mixon’s hands. In the two final games of the regular season, Mixon totaled more than 50 yards through the air in each, and another 35.3 per game in the postseason.

Averaging 4.33 receptions per game this postseason, expect the Bengals to stick with what has worked as of late.
