Broncos vs. Cardinals Preview & Picks
I like Denver in this spot. The Broncos are coming off a mini-bye after Thursday, and I imagine Bo Nix will play with a chip on his shoulder after the Ryan Fitzpatrick criticism in Week 6. The Broncos have had a tough schedule to start the year (Kansas City, Jacksonville, Rams, San Francisco, Chargers, Seattle), so Arizona should be the get-right spot for their offense to get going.
Per NFL Next Gen Stats, the Cardinals’ defense is allowing 0.65 fantasy points per dropback this season, the highest mark since at least 2016.
Arizona has faced the fourth-fewest dropbacks in the league (191), but has given up the most passing touchdowns in the NFL (16). Opposing quarterbacks are posting a 116.5 passer rating and 8.6 yards per attempt against the Cardinals, both the highest in the league.
I don’t think Arizona’s win over the Rams says as much about the Cardinals as it does about the Rams. Their offensive line is banged up, and Denver could overpower the Cardinals on both sides of the trenches.
This isn’t one of my best bets, but I am changing my tune; this is definitely a get-right spot for Denver. The Broncos are 6-1-1 ATS with rest advantage since 2024. Underdogs facing an opponent with at least three extra days of rest are 0-9-1 ATS and 0-10 straight up, and favorites with that rest disadvantage are 3-1 ATS.
Arizona is 0-2 ATS at home this season.

Best NFL Same Game Parlay for Broncos vs. Cardinals
Here is our top NFL same game parlay for Broncos vs. Cardinals. And you can view all of our Week 7 NFL same game parlays.
- Leg 1: Bam Knight 40+ Rushing Yards (-126)
- Leg 2: Jonah Coleman 20+ Rushing Yards (-108)
- Leg 3: Courtland Sutton Under 3.5 Receptions (-148)
The 2-4 Cardinals host the 4-2 Broncos in a cross-conference West matchup. The theme of our same-game parlay will be backup running backs. Let's count on Zonovan Knight and Jonah Coleman being just productive enough in their respective backfields.
Jeremiyah Love will sit out a second straight game for Arizona, which means it's Tyler Allgeier and Knight in the backfield. In Love's absence last week, Knight was the more productive rusher with 80 yards on 15 carries compared to Allgeier's 38 yards on 18 attempts. Knight is the more explosive back, and the touches should increase. He'll face a Denver defense that's allowing 4.7 yards per carry and the third-most rushing yards per game to running backs.
Meanwhile, Coleman is a dart throw for the Broncos. He's set to return from injury this week and could step right into meaningful carries. Back in Week 2, before he got hurt, Coleman led Denver in RB snaps and rushing yards. J.K. Dobbins continues to struggle, so changing things up in the backfield makes sense. Coleman can get to 20+ yards if we believe he'll get the work. Arizona is allowing 4.4 yards per carry and the fifth-most rushing yards per game to RBs.
Sticking with the Denver offense, let's fade Courtland Sutton. The Broncos' passing game still isn't fixed, and Sutton's stats are taking a hit. He's only averaging 20.5 receiving yards and 2.2 receptions per game. He's also been held under 3.5 receptions in every game thus far. We shouldn't expect much to change, even against Arizona. The defense is allowing the second-fewest receptions per game to wide receivers this season.

What is an NFL player prop bet?
An NFL player prop bet is a type of wager where you’re betting on the performance of a specific player in a game rather than the overall outcome. For example, you might place a bet on how many passing yards a quarterback will throw for, or how many touchdowns a running back will score. It’s a fun way to get more invested in the action, especially if you’re confident in how a particular player will perform, regardless of who wins or loses the game. It’s like focusing on one slice of the pie instead of the whole thing.
