Browns vs. Titans Preview & Picks
I projected this game total at 36.5 back on Monday, and it moved up slightly to 37.5. I’m leaning on the Titans with the points at home. I don’t think Cleveland (or any team led by Deshaun Watson) should be a market road favorite. The Browns’ win over the Ravens was a self-inflicted loss by Baltimore. Also, Cleveland was disrespected as a divisional home underdog versus a backup quarterback.
Watson has not been good. That doesn’t make the Titans a strong bet either, given they were outgained by more than 200 yards by the Colts in Week 6 and still won on special teams, penalties and turnovers.
This is another under bet for me between two bad teams. Per NFL Next Gen Stats, the Browns (17.7 points per game, T-28th) and Titans (14.0 points per game, tied for last) are both among the NFL’s bottom-five scoring offenses in 2026. Their defenses also rank in the top-13 in points per game allowed (Browns: 20.3, 5th) and (Titans: 21.5, 13th).

Best NFL Same Game Parlay for Browns vs. Titans
Here is our top NFL same game parlay for Browns vs. Titans. And you can view all of our Week 7 NFL same game parlays.
- Leg 1: Denzel Boston 50+ Receiving Yards (-117)
- Leg 2: Harold Fannin Jr. Under 29.5 Receiving Yards (-113)
- Leg 3: Cam Ward Under 9.5 Rushing Yards (-106)
Denzel Boston is coming off his worst game of the season, with just one catch for 15 yards against Baltimore last week. Let's count on a bounceback in a favorable matchup. The Titans are allowing the seventh-most receiving yards per game to opposing wide receivers. They're also giving up the fifth-most receptions per game to wideouts.
Despite last week's dud, Boston still leads Cleveland with 345 receiving yards this year. He's also still averaging 57.5 yards per game. The rookie has been one of Deshaun Watson's favorite targets, especially on deep balls. Boston is averaging a strong 20.3 yards per catch. He can reach the 50+ yard mark in this matchup on just a few receptions.
Meanwhile, don't expect much from Browns tight end Harold Fannin Jr. The Titans are allowing the second-fewest receiving yards per game to opposing tight ends this season. That doesn't bode well for Fannin, who's been trending down lately. He's been held to just one catch in back-to-back games entering this week. He's also been under 29.5 yards in four of six games this year.
On the Tennessee side, let's take the under on Cam Ward's rushing yards. It's a low bar, at 9.5 yards, but it doesn't matter. Ward has finished under this line in four of six games this season. He's also been under 9.5 rushing yards in 15 of 23 games for Tennessee over the past two years (65%). Ward simply doesn't use his legs much, and he now faces a Cleveland defense that's allowing the seventh-fewest rushing yards per game to opposing QBs.

What is an NFL player prop bet?
An NFL player prop bet is a type of wager where you’re betting on the performance of a specific player in a game rather than the overall outcome. For example, you might place a bet on how many passing yards a quarterback will throw for, or how many touchdowns a running back will score. It’s a fun way to get more invested in the action, especially if you’re confident in how a particular player will perform, regardless of who wins or loses the game. It’s like focusing on one slice of the pie instead of the whole thing.
